Where do I begin! I knew initially when planning our family reunion trip to DC (meaning we haven't seen each other in years and our trips encompass big things), I knew a private tour was in store. Monte and our driver also coordinated to make our tour extra special! Their knowledge of DC and how to navigate the city to provide us with sights to see were next to none. Best money spent for me and my family on our trip to DC. (It was hot... End of July) and Monte accommodated our son, who was not only hot, but needed a restroom. I recently organized a group activity for my work colleagues. We are a group from New Jersey and we got together for the first time in 2 years. We have about 50 people combined from the US to Europe and Brazil. Because of our time restraint, I arranged a 4 our tour of the DC area with all the important landmarks. I reached out to Custom Tours and connected with Adam and he accommodated my group. We were connected with Debbie our tour guide and I cannot say enough about how fantastic she was. She is the sweetest person, funny, thorough in her explanations of the landmarks and made sure we saw all the sites despite the time restrictions we had. It was the perfect combination of riding on a bus and walking. My colleagues were so please with the tour especially the ones that were in DC for the first time. Don't let sticker shock keep you from this experience! We booked a night time tour for 3 for 3 hours. During our 3 hours with our wonderful guide, Scott, we were able to visit at least 7 sights! Scott was very knowledgable and gave us some interesting tidbits of knowledge along the way! If we had tried to navigate the city and find parking in those 3 hours we would have MAYBE seen 3 sites if they were in close proximity to each other and would have been exhausted from walking. We were picked up promptly by our team in a very nice new black Escalade. Our driver, Yaniv, was very safe and stayed focused on getting us safely around town and waited with the vehicle to let us out at each stop. Scott pointed out many wonderful things about our nations capital and was able to tap into my 10 yr old son's interests and connected with him on a personal level. The money we spent on this tour was worth EVERY PENNY! I highly recommend this tour group!

We had an A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. time with Becca (tour guide) and Long (bus driver) on our family vacation. Our extended family of 14 people ranged in age from 9 to 70 years old and everyone was super satisfied with the accommodations, the information and the ground we covered in our 4 hour night tour of the monuments and our 4 hour tour of Arlington, Archives & Ford's Theatre. We accomplished so much in these two tours and would never have been able to do it without these two. The service was literally door-to-door. Becca's knowledge was insane --- she knew so much about so many things. Long was patient, gracious and expertly navigated DC traffic to allow us to fit it all in. It was nearly 100 degrees and he kept both the waters and the bus cool for us! Highly recommend this tour company for anyone looking to get the most out of a trip to DC.

Adam, we had a perfect day on a 3 hr tour of Washington DC. What a wonderful and smooth driver was Francisco. Extremely polite, always opened my wife's door. Rebekah was the best. Friendly, bubbly, and very knowledgeable of DC and it's history. We most enjoyed the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception and also Lincoln memorial. More amazing is that you arranged all this on a 3 hr notice after our day's plans had changed unexpectedly. We are senior citizens, fairly mobile, and very glad that as two people in the back of an immaculately clean Audi A8, we could stop for a bathroom break, a Panera sandwich when hungry and get a smooth ride home. I only had one day in DC, but I wanted to see everything. I didn’t really think it was possible (I know for myself it is impossible), but these guys came through 100%. I mean absolutely delivered in every way possible. They customized the trip to my individual requests, they set everything up with minimal work from me, they arrived on time with a fabulous driver and guide, and we actually saw *everything* I wanted to see… in 8 hours! It would’ve take me 3-5 days on my own. It’s a little expensive, but it’s WORTH every penny! These guys come through. I cannot adequately express in words what a great experience this was for my family of four. We had Dave as our tour guide and he is a walking book of knowledge. AMAZING tour over 2 mornings. Dave made everything meaningful and history come alive as we visited all the monuments, National Archives, Ford Theatre and Arlington. All were presented with a special perspective that made it so very meaningful. My two teenage sons were extremely engaged and we all learned so much. This tour was the highlight of our trip and was AMAZING!!! I can’t begin to explain how it made DC come alive for my family! It was a pleasure working with Adam in planning the DC Night tour for our group. He was informative and helpful with answering all of our questions. The tour starts the Navy memorial, and our tour guide Britney started as soon as all were there....."early", which makes 100% sense, you never see common sense applied anymore however Britney was all over it. With early start Britney took her time and was informative on all points of interest along the way. You could tell she enjoyed her job and the challenge of being tested. We couldn't have asked for a better tour for our family of 4! We visited all the sites we were looking forward to, including finding relatives and friends both at Arlington and the Vietnam Memorial. An absolute must if you are in DC. Our tour guide, Stephen, and driver, Leon, were fantastic. Friendly, professional, informative, kind and accommodating. We were a group of 11, traveling with my dad, who needed a wheelchair. They were able to provide and were extremely flexible in making alterations to accommodate. We didn’t have to worry about a thing as we toured Arlington National Cemetery, Jefferson and Lincoln Memorials. Made it so easy for our group - no worries about transportation, parking, etc. Just do it!

We were finally able to have our Washington DC trip after COVID canceled our trip in March 2020. Adam Plescia was great to work with as we put our trip on hold until March 2021. Our family book a tour back in July while visiting the DC area. I have to say it was well worth the money paid. Monty was an amazing tour guide! He was incredibly intelligent and knew all the answers to every question I had - and I didn’t have many because he knew so many details to begin with! We had a terrific tour throughout the monuments. We made a last minute decision to do a private tour with our 15 yr old son as a civics lesson and Adam quickly made the arrangements.
