Wonderful collection of multibrand bikes and reasonable price. Staff here are friendly, skilled and knowledgeable and makes us to choose our bikes wisely. Have been a part of the event organised by cycle world many times and most of them were pleasant . Kudos to the staff who makes this possible. I belong to Pedal Pushers from North Bangalore. It's been first time that Pedal Pushers is associated with Cycle world- Kanakapura & Cycle World - Mysuru. The support which the team provided us for the same Bangalore to Mysore ride was beyond our expectations. The team welcomed the cyclist with warmth and vigour which boosted the confidence of the riders. The arrangement of a support vehicle which was extremely helpful provided a moral support to us just in case of breakdown. It was a honour having the Franchise development manager Mr. Abhijit himself and his subordinate Mr. Kiran to be a part of the ride. The ample refreshments arranged was fuelling us frequently and made the ride pleasurable. During the return journey we loaded our bikes in support vehicle for which we thank Mr. Suresh the driver who took special care to see it doesn't get damaged and delivered it to us a Bangalore. It was a fabulous support from Team Cycle world to Team Pedal Pushers and truly the day spent has created a bonding which shall last for a long time.

Good collection of Cycles. Staffs are very cooperative. Recently Cycle World sponsored Pedal Pushers Bangalore for bicycle ride from Bangalore 2 Mysore, I would like to thank Krishna Sir for making this event very successful. I will be wrong if I don't mention the names of Abhijit Pawar and Kiran Kumar who were there throughout ride with convoy vehicle motivating us and offering the riders necessary energy drink and snacks throughout the night. Edit-24thOct20: Haven’t seen anyone taking the feedback so positively and being flexible. I am genuinely very pleased with cycle world-Kanakpura road as, not only I could exchange the cycle at a better price but got more accessories too. Most important, excellent suggestion by Cycle world team in the store as I find Schnell Koopa 007, 21 gear, very comfortable with excellent suspension and great for a long ride..with high elevation too! Thank you for exceeding my expectations on being so customer friendly!

I had a cycle which was purchased online. It had a minor disc rubbing issue. I went here after searching nearby shops. They said cycle assembly itself is not right and we need to refit entire vehicle. The total price they quoted was 1500rs (since it was bought outside). On May way back I went to a local mechanic who fixed issue for 100rs. I understand that they have SOP to follow, but there was no need to refit the cycle. Anyway, not coming back here again

I went for free service which is to be done in within 3 months but due to Lockdown situation I couldn't get it serviced and now when I went for free service they completely refused for free sevice. Very rude behavior by staff and worst customer service. I am reposting my review, as the owner got back to me reagarding my experience and it got sorted and I got a free service. However this could have sorted immediately and saved me from this bad experience.

Few days back i visited this branch by evening 6 pm to 7 inbetween, One of worst experience here, wanted to take something basic cycle, thanks to executive Mr harsha who made this experience horrible, I guess only if one purchase a expensive bicycle they will get a proper customer service with this guy, He doesn't no singluar & plural, beacuse of good reviews i visited this store but it's tooo horrible,

In the cycle world they have plenty of showrooms in Bangalore and the service was very good and sales months for also very good and they will explain about each about five persons very as well as i very nice in this cycle world we can get special Hero cycle and with electric cycles also we can get that we can charge it andwe can charge it and run it .And it's rechargeable cycle

Been ther to get my cycle serviced, felt prices for all parts are quite high compared to market, and funny part is they openly say "we don't give even warranty to the parts we are using be it tyres or the crank shaft" you should get it checked before you leave shop.!!! All parts are Chinese made and sold @ mrp stickered by cycle world. No transparency over pricing.

This is the best cycle shop and service center on Kanakapura road. The staff is highly courteous and skilled. My experience on servicing my hybrid cycle is quite satisfactory and they have done quality check ups and gear/brake fine tuning before all major rides Service charges are reasonable compared to other major branded cycle shops in the city.
