I just wanted to write and give a review on my recent holiday with Cyplon. We had an all inclusive holiday to Egypt, Nile cruise for one week and Hurghada for 4 days. From the time we arrived in Luxor to the time we left Hurghada, it was all smooth and everything that was promised on this holiday happened. We had the best tour guide on the Nile Cruise, Rafik, he really looked after us throughout the cruise, especially took care of my mum who is 81 years old. All in all we had a brilliant holiday and I would recommend Cyplon to anyone looking for a relaxed holiday. I also wanted to say thanks to Jerome for organising our holiday last minute. Thank you

They were not bothered at all to help me with just a flight to America even though they supply flights and i had to do all the calling up..they never called me back..! You'd think they did not want the business they were so slapdash and just didnt care about the customer..me! I took my £800 flight money elsewhere and got a fantastic service from another company! Very poor!

I cannot praise Penny, Themis and Mario enough!!!, really friendly, polite, make you feel at home, feels exactly like being in Cyprus !!!. I'm sure all the staff are as friendly and polite but I've only ever had the pleasure of dealing with Penny, Themis and Mario

A nice new addition to the Palmers Green high Street. Love the ambience of the place and the lovely service I received when I visited. Is a traditional travel agent that has a fantastic human touch.
