Hello, I have complain regarding behavior of your employe in post office by address Franklin Roosevelt 78, Limassol today 7/08/2023 I visited this post office today to buy a post stamp, I was alone in office without any other customers and with 2 employees inside. I asked lady to buy 1 post stamp which usually should take a minute but I was willing to wait. Lady and another one man was sorted post boxes together and on my polite question can she give me a post stamp she said I have to wait until she finished. So, I was waiting for. In my opinion its very incorrect situation when 2 person are busy with one task and you just stay and wait. Its not a first time when it happened in this office with me, probably I can count at least 5 times same thing when I was waiting for until this lady go somewhere or find a "mood" to work with customers. I was very upset and made the only thing im correct to do - left a feedback on google maps about this visit. As you can check it, im not a one person who did it, please check feedbacks in google map about this branch (and how bad should be work of this branch to have 1.9 points). For me this story was finished, I dint plan to do any movement additional, BUT - In one hour this lady from post office called me on my private phone (my google account connected with my phone and its open) and started to scream on me with complain about my feedback. In her opinion I can not write it because it gonna make sense with her work/ I really HOPE NOW it will make sense with her work and her manager will pay attention on it. How it possible not only work badly, but calling to customers with screaming why did they left you a bad feedback. And since Cyprus post is a general government sector its a very big question to the management. I don't know name go this lady, but its very easy to check since you have working shift for each post office. Incident happened today 7/08/2023 at about 11.30 Original: Super lazy employee of the post office. Incredibly lazy, never care about customer who stay in front of them even if you are alone in post office. 7 minutes to buy one post stamp! Alone in post office with 2 employees inside

the worst post office I have ever seen. They have lost a lot of of my parcels, if I have a tracking number, it always shows "was impossible to deliver" (I am working from home, so I would know if someone was trying to deliver a parcel for me). Terrible. will avoid this post office as much as possible

Even if I pay for delivery it never delivers the parcel at my place, no chance to miss an attempt as I'm at home 24h, frustrating to pay for a service and be forced to move to take the pack especially now that I have physical problems.
