Great experience! Great service! Well worth the money! First thing this morning I got a text with the plumber’s photo and a tracking map that showed the technician’s van location and an estimated arrival time. This took away the stress out of wondering when he’d show up. Randy showed up on time, he inspected the job, explained what needed to be done and provided a comprehensive quote. Then he fixed all the things that needed to be done. He kindly checked in during the repair and explained what he was doing as he did it. He also made some recommendations for future upgrades, which I appreciated. He was friendly, efficient and cleaned up the work area when he was done. I am very happy with the service and think you will be too. If you want your plumbing problem solved and fixed right the first time, these are the plumbers you’ve been looking for.

Could not be happier with the service I received from Warren! Super friendly and professional! He listened to our description of what we had experienced, to help make his assessment. Explained our options before starting any work. Had our pipes replaced/repaired and our water back on in a few hours from the notification that he was on his way. He braved the elements and icy roads, so that we could have our water back on within 24hrs of the pipe first bursting. D&F dispatch was also super helpful and courteous. Kept us updated on the status and timing; including text notifications with tracking. Can’t thank these folks enough! Highly recommend reaching out to them when you need help!

Cameron fixed our burst pipe following an ice storm. All of the local plumbers were booked and we needed to wait a few days (completely understandable) and D&F kept good communication with us during the wait. Cameron met us early, listened to our situation to best figure out where to address the problem with minimal intrusion into the wall, and kept us informed what he was planning/doing throughout the process. We had a leaky garbage disposal. We’ve had D& F help us out before and so I called them, trusting their service. I like their practice of sending a text with a photo of the person coming to do the work, so I know who to expect. Our plumber, Camron, did a great job extracting the old garbage disposal that was rusted and replaced it. He checked all of our plumbing and gave some recommendations. Great service! We will call them again if we have any plumbing needs.

Fantastic technician (Thomas) who diagnosed the furnace problem correctly - even though it was very unusual! And - then was able to pull through and find the part, get it under warranty, and come back to install it, all on the same day. That is amazing service, we were very thankful in this really cold weather. We've used D&F for plumbing and had a wonderful experience. And, again, with the furnace repair. This is a really great company, we highly recommend!

Our service was exceptional! Our technician, Warren, was very knowledgeable and professional. After being without running water for 5 days, he quickly got us back up and running in about 90 minutes and took the time to explain other aspects of my plumbing throughout the home. As a homeowner, I'm very grateful for the tips that I learned while he was here. And, he was very kind to my 4-year-old daughter. She was sad to see him leave.

Randy, David and Mike were wonderful helping me get an issue with my toilet draining but not flushing after using it to discard water from an appliance issue. The appointment was quickly set for the next day. Randy and David arrived on time and diagnosed it quickly, dispatching the issue. Very responsive, excellent service, no surprises. Phil was excellent. Showed and explained everything he was doing to fix my suddenly very leaky bathtub and shower faucets. I can now turn off my faucets completely, and without breaking a wrist. Took my long-term plans for the unit into account and did not try to oversell, that I could tell. The woman who answers the phone there is always excellent to deal with also.

Had a leaking water heater. Called and was fortunate to get a same day appointment. Robert arrived, diagnosed the issue, explained to me exactly what needed to be done, explained the pricing (never tried to upsell) and had the leak fixed within an hour. Would recommend.
