The sales man showed up 30 minutes early. We were up front about getting several quotes for the roof from many companies and deciding from there. The sales man was extremely negative. He wanted to know if we had saved up enough for this, and if we had money “hidden in the garage”. He kept saying that they would certainly not be the cheapest option. He spent a LOT of his time tearing down other companies: their products, their workmanship, their business plans. He was our 6th and final quote, and I hadn’t seen behaviour like this with the other companies. He said that we, as home owners, didn’t have the ability to decide between companies based on information provided on roofing work, that we were only capable of deciding based on price. He then said he would not give us a quote unless we said we were considering the company seriously....that we could afford them. I mentioned that my system to make decisions involves a spread sheet where I compare price along with other factors including: community reputation, amount of time in business, ratings/reviews, warranty, products used (including independent research), etc. That I am really good at research and capable of processing and understanding the information I read. I reiterated that without a quote, we couldn’t consider his company at all because I would have no details/facts to put into my spreadsheet to compare. That was when he turned nasty and said “I know exactly what you are doing. You are going to steal our process and ideas and show them to other companies to get a better price”. I was shocked. My mouth literally hung open. The thought had never even crossed my mind. I told him so. Again, without a quote how on Earth can we make an informed decision? He repeated again and again that he has been in the business a long time and “knew” what I was doing. I started to cry and asked him to leave. Never in my life have I had a person show up to give me a quote and attack my character with such persistent and arrogant venom. It honestly felt surreal. I can’t speak to the workmanship of this company as we will NEVER hire them to do our roof. But their salesman was beyond rude, and a very poor choice to represent the company. So bad, I have left this review, and I never leave reviews. Zero stars.

We had our gutters replaced. Trish our sales rep was very polite and knowledgeable. The installers were also great. Friendly and professional, they completed the job fast and so far it looks like the job was done right. Had a problem with communication of installation. We put a down payment in mid December and was told it would be about 5 weeks before they could complete the work. I understand that they close for 3 weeks during christmas but I did not hear anything until late January. An email said the work would get done in the first week of February.(that never happened). Then got a message that they would be here on March 1st(that did not happen) finally got a call from Sebastian who told me he was the new project manager and the installers would be coming on Saturday March 7th and the work was completed. Once Sebastian took over the communication was perfect. Hopefully he fixes the problems.

We recently hired D'Angelo and Sons to do our roof and eaves. Their salesman Mark was very clear and detailed in his presentation and estimates which put us at ease immediately. We were really impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and friendliness of the crews that did the work. Derek's roofing crew was very professional under his awesome guidance; and, we were very impressed with his care for the impact the job would have on the neighbours and the final cleanup. Tim and crew did the eavestroughs with care and concern and even went the extra length to do a few touchups we appreciated. The gentleman (didn't get his name) who did the flashing did an admirable job. Jen and Jonathon guided the crews and the jobs with great care and detail and made sure we were happy with the finished results. All in all we were very pleased with everything. On Saturday during the wind storm our fascias was damaged at the back of the house, It was literally hanging & banging against the shingles. Our roof is very steep so it was impossible for us to go on the roof. We were very concerned the fascias would break away & land in the pool & damage our liner. Monday morning, I called D'angelo & spoke with Taylor Thorne & within a few hours she arranged for Dave Vandenberg to come & review the damage. Dave was very efficient & was on the steep roof & removed the damaged fascias. They promised a quick repair. By Tuesday afternoon, Gary was here & did a great job. Thank you Taylor, Dave & Gary for your professionalism & understanding my concern. I would definitely recommend D'Angelo & Sons & their staff in the future.

Our sales person Steven Hall was excellent from the beginning of the vision stage, his suggestions were very helpful and timely. Overall a very positive experience dealing with Steven. The roofing team lead by Derek was fantastic, they arrived on time and they were courteous at all times. Derek, asked and confirmed the options for the repair of my roof. The job looked great and the clean-up was better then anyone completed for me in the past. 12 out of 10 for sure.. The window installers completed the work ontime with professionalism. Our favourite tradesman was Barry for sure; he completed the siding with skill and expertise. I enjoyed the fact that he took his time and was very quality focused another 12 out of 10 for sure.

I recently called D'Angelo roofing to help me fix a leak in roof. They sent a representative out within a few hours and he and I troubleshooted the issue with no luck finding the leak. While it was frustrating to not find the leak and having been charged 200$ and some of my own time to do so, I was able to resolve the issue with the company. After a couple of phone calls and some reasoning with the employees, the company refunded the 200$ as promised. I will mention that there was some confusion with the website's claim for"free inspections" but at the end of the day the company held true to their word and resolved the issue. My only advice to prospective clients is that you inquire about the free inspection upon calling.

We had the exterior of our house literally done top to bottom. New roof, siding, front deck, eves troughs, soffits, facia, downspouts, capping, new front window, storm door, electrical, insulation, etc. Our sales rep Tom was great. Every single trade that worked on our house was fantastic. Would love to name each and every trade but would take up too much room. We had a bumpy start with our original project manager however, once Brad B. took over as our project manager every single detail was meticulously dealt with. I can literally say that Brad "made all of our dreams come true". We couldn't be happier and definitely recommend D'Angelo and Sons and will be using them again when I dream up some more projects.

We had three companies quote the replacement of our roof. Although D'Angelo were marginally more expensive (within 2%) we chose them due to the very high level of professionalism shown by Steven Hall. He led us through the entire process carefully explaining not only their procedure but discussing various materials and their respective F & B's. The work was scheduled and completed within the time frame allotted by a work crew who were very professional and who cleaned up the job site each evening before leaving. Our project manager Carlos was available at all times and followed up after completion to ensure our satisfaction. We highly recommend D'Angelo and Sons.

I had a roof installed recently and my experience with D'Angelo Roofing and Sons was excellent. It started off with the consultation with the sales rep Josh. From there Carlos JR took over with the coordinating of the job. Carlos JR went over and above my expectations with kindness and patience. He answered all questions and concerns and did a final roof inspection. I also want to mention that the roofers that actually installed my roof were excellent also! Chris and Doug were professional and took the time to explain and answer any questions too. I appreciated the entire team at D'Angelo and Sons and would recommend them to anyone.

Dalton absolutely crushed it. He arrived early, walked through the install, and went to work. He did an excellent job and exceeded expectations. Clean up was professional and there was absolutely no issues from start to finish. The project started one day late, but they had some weather issues on the previous project and made sure to take on my install first thing the next morning. I was very happy that the project manager Megan arrived first thing in the morning to make sure I was satisfied with the walk through and reviewed any concerns. Great work! Will definitely use again in the future.

I had a small leak in my roof, near the skylight. This was the first company out of 4 that I tried to actually pick up the phone, and the person I spoke to was friendly and helpful. They did expect payment before the repair service was done, and the flat rate for the repair was quite high for the time they spent, but the contractor who came was knowledgeable and seems to have fixed the issue without the need for a new roof...so I can't complain too much.

They were quick to respond to my call for a new roof. The timeline was what they said it would be. My problem is when I had a issue with objects they left dangling from my roof. I called them 5 times about it. They said they would be out to take care of it. No one showed up. One of my neighbors was getting their roof done, so I asked the roofers there if they wouldn't mind fixing it for me. They were kind enough to come over, for free and fix it.

Great company to work with. A roofing company you can trust (how rare is that?). Alper’s inspection was thorough and professional, and so was the project management. It’s nice to know there’s still someone out there who’s willing to do a good job from start to finish—- from initial contact, to installation, and even customer service afterwards. Just had a followup call from Taylor asking if I was pleased with the service received from D'Angelo's. I had insulation blown into the attic. Professional service from the salesman, Steven, the installation setup to the installers and everything was flawless. We received a quote for several different items to be replaced on our home. Chris was very patient with us and the various questions/additions we asked to be quoted on (garage door, capping, pillars, etc.). He was great to work with and provided a very thorough quote - you can tell that D’Angelo & Sons have invested in training their staff given how knowledgeable they are on the products and services offered.

We had a leak In our roof coming into our bedroom months ago. They made time for us and fixed it in a timely manner. The cost was Fair and the work has upheld since. The guy who came out was transparent and showed us the parts that had been removed and where the problem was. Requested a quote to re-shingle my 640 sq ft garage. Sales guy called back and confirmed the job with Google maps (no site visit). Quoted me $6,000 for the job on the phone. I priced the materials at full retail from Home Depot for $1,402.00. I contacted another contractor and had the work completed for less than half of the D’angelo quote. Price gouging in full effect. Would not recommend.

We needed our complete roof and gutters replaced after moving into a new house, in the middle of the winter. D'Angelo & Sons made it happen with minimal fuss. Carlos Sr, Corey and Wernher were amazing and the entire roof was changed in a single day. They are not the cheapest option for sure, but we have no doubt that they are the best option.

I called D'Angelo to have a downspout replaced. Taylor was great, responsive and set up the job fairly quickly. After it was done there was a change to be made and Taylor and the Operations Manager made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction.

When we noticed that they had missed a section of the work that was to be completed, we contacted them and it has been months now, trying to get someone to correct the issue. Very disappointing. We are still waiting for someone to complete the work.
