BEWARE!! Just another roadside estate agent with zero professionalism and business ethics! I have had the worst experience of renting from the day I moved in. The apartment was filthy, and was full of dust, hair and smell with a huge leak in the ceiling. There was mould present in the apartment which was never addressed. And finally after we moved out, they turned it on us saying that we caused the mould. Fortunately, I was able to claim all my deposit back - as they were not able to provide any evidence for their false and bogus claims. I would suggest rather go door to door asking for apartments than to go through them! Better be homeless than under a DBK (Hounslow) Managed property.

We have been using DBK Lettings services from a very Long time to manage our rental property and they always provide a very friendly, helpful and professional service, we just had one of our properties inspection done which was done by Angelika,with her excellent inspection skills she pointed out some really important issues which we missed out in our general inspection during our visit to the Property, She completed the report with all the details with pictures and sent us a copy straight away for our peace of mind. We are very grateful and pleased with their friendly and professional service and always look forward to work with them.

The house I got at a fairly high rent for it's condition, was handed over with a dirty kitchen and an unclean and unusable oven. The radiator wasn't working and neither were any electrical appliances on day one. Had to spend a whole night in the cold house. Even now I am struggling to contact the agent for other details and the guys just don't respond. Very unprofessional and not something expected after agreeing such high rent. If anyone wants to respond to this reply, I would suggest you to share your mobile number and not the agency number which is already there on the internet. Calling that number just doesn't help in anyway.

Nice shop front, and the manager drives a £250,000 car, he likes his customers to know this !. But, arrogant and rude service. They prefer not to deal with coloured people including from Pakistan. They will drop their sale and letting fees for white customers. There are a range of more harder working estate agents in the local area, try Sellers, Stamfords or Dexters. They will not deal with people on benefits either. 90 per cent of Google reviews made about DBK are non Asian... David Davis.

DBK staff are professional and helpful. Sales Manager Gurveer and his assistant Jazz helped me in arranging several viewings of the house through the purchase process until completion. Gurveer was very efficient to respond to customer's request and worked effectively as a link among seller, buyer and solicitors. I satisfied with the service of DBK Estate agents in Hounslow. I have no hesitation to recommend DBK to others.

Bad attitude from Mota Gurlal. Over the phone gives one price, face to face changes it. Unprofessionals and cry to Google. Booooohooo cry babies and your run down shops smell like a curry house. You all should go back selling chapattis on the Market along with Samosas and Spring Rolls. Sharan you look like a man lol and do explain how it's discrimination when you used to sell such items? Mota BO smelling maderchud.

As a contractor my experience working with DBK has always been a seamless process! I want to especially mention Harkirat (H) who has always ensured jobs were sent out in a timely mannor, at a fair price and always provided excellent support start to finish! He always ensures contractor invoices are always processed and paid on time! A true asset not only to the Property Management team but to DBK as a whole!

They advertise the properties to get enquiry only. Those properties doesn't exist with them. They just say they are gone. If they are gone why don't they remove from websites.
