I was hit by a car on N. Capitol street while riding a motorcycle. Mar 1, 2016. The crew was just as good as caring human beings can be. When I realized I'd left my wallet in the EMS unit, the Captain drove all the way over to GW ER to hand deliver my wallet upon his recovery of it from the EMS Unit. I didn't get a chance to get or remember his name. But there are rare moments in the day to day operation of this city that will stand out to me. I don't personally know anyone from that house, but I can say that they are part of my DC family. The reason I love this city in light of everything that's wrong with it... I am a new convert to the Bowser administration...this experience was icing on the cake. Signed...
Thank you for EMS my Father to UMC the morning of February 10, 2017. Your tremendous attention got my Father to the hospital to get more extensive care. You all are truly a blessing to the community. May God continue to bless you.

Many great memories of that place. Looks the same as it did when I lived on Q St. over 50 years ago!
