I was a client on 20/7/23 had a wonderful first time experience thinking wow I wil definitely come came again so yesterday the 29/07/23 I had the worst experiences ever just to define in detail it was not the same stylist I sat on the 20 He did have his chair full so I stated at a different stylist .I went in for a wash blow &flat iron what I did with my first visit but this time she recommended sulfate free shampoo and a treatment with the cost of R400 I gave the go ahead she washed my hair so was so rough with my head sculp was burning , apply the treament didnt work it thru or any thing or even showed me what treatment is beening used i did ant see it also on my hair so no smell of treatment or comb it thru .started with the blow dry where I told her twice plus me twitching in the seat she is burning me she still constantly doing and she made a joke about it am gona fire her .my head was sore my experience was very pain full . Still sitting with a head ache this morning
