I noticed Gisela as whilst looking round the store in Westfield, Stratford. She was being so helpful and friendly to a mother and her small children. When I could only find one boot in the size and style I wanted I knew she was the person to help me and she didn't disappoint. She looked thoroughly on the shelves and then out the back. When the pair I wanted couldn't be found she ordered me a pair. They came within 2.days. Gisela is a real asset to the shop.

I'm came today between 13:00 to 13:30its horrible customer service the two blk staff girls who take payment and order online blk completely both very rude it's shame in this company amazing I found this staff it's no polite and very rude staff I left my shoese on the table where they take payment and I left this shop not even he don't now how to speak with customer

Went on a Tuesday night close to closing time, forgot a boots bag with medicine. Obviously it was stolen, and most likely by the employees, as the store was empty and closed maybe 10 after we left. Called the morning later and nothing. Other than this don’t bother, it’s a dirty shop.

I was trying to buy some shoes today but the black woman assistant not only that she didn't help me find my size but she was keep yelling at me that they only have one pair instead of 2...really than sort it out and learn some customer service too

A great range of shoes, in terms of style and brands. Outlet shoes available too. Excellent service at the till, friendly and helpful, I was very happy with my purchase!

Bad behaviour. One skinny asian girl and a dark person (unfortunately he's the manager) was threatening... Worst shop I've ever been to for shopping

Good variety. Good stock Reasonable price Very good costumer service by Jousha and other lady at till. Enjoyed there.
