TINA EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL We bought some shoes from deichman store in Luton and the Luton store confirmed that i can return them in any branch as i live in leicester. Before purchasing the shoes i showed the worker that they were very dirty and requested a new one, she confirmed that alot of their shoes in their store are dirty, so to take that one or leave it. We came to the leicester branch to return our shoes, we were served by TINA. She was extremely argumentative and her way of presenting herself was very confrontational. She accused us of wearing the shoes and said the shoes were dirty. She refused to take back the shoes even after we had confirmed that we purchased it dirty from the store, she also claimed that because we bought it from Luton we can only return it there, when that's not true. She was very unprofessional and was involving other customers and encouraging them to get invloved. When we told her to please not involve other customers as its not professional to do so, Tina replied that everyone can speak as they wish, creating a scene. She told me to bring shoes from her store to prove that they're dirty. I picked up multiple shoes that were extremely filthy at the bottom and inside of the shoe. She claimed that they're dirty because people's feet are dirty when they try them. Her service was totally out of order and made us and all the customers around us feel very uncomfortable. We felt very embarrassed and intimidated. People like this will definitely spoil the name of your company. I was a regular customer but i dont feel like coming back again. Below i have attached photos of shoes that they're selling in the store that are filthy but they're still selling it in store. (There's multiple like this in store)

This was my first visit today and I loved the self service aspect and stock being visible, easy to try on and very reasonably priced. An assistant offered help and was brilliant (sorry I didn’t ask your name), she couldn’t have been more obliging and gave me honest feedback which avoided me buying not quite right shoes. As a result I bought 2 pairs of Graceland shoes. The lady on the checkout was equally helpful. I am delighted with the shoes. My only criticism is the feedback system which is actually trying to sell a lottery ticket, but that’s a head office issue and not the employees fault.

After buying some new Dr Martens yesterday and having bloody ankles from trying to break them in, I went in to Deichmann in Leicester to buy some insoles for them as they are slightly big (not big enough for an exchange). I was served by Rhiann who suggested some foam/gel insoles for them as they are supposed to be great for helping break Docs in. She was incredibly friendly and knew exactly which ones to recommend when I told her the situation.

I'm a loyal customer and I've been wearing shoes from Deichmann for the past 4 years. However, I was very disappointed and hurt at how I was treated by 2 members of their staff. They were unreasonably rude and non compromising. I then had to call for the manager who was, thankfully, a polite and well mannered gentleman who understood the situation Instantly. Highly disappointing.

Was sent the wrong product as what I ordered was out of stock, although the website was never updated. Instead of notifying me of this and processing a refund straight away, I was told to return the product myself and wait for a refund. Left with nothing I ordered and given some admin for the weekend. Waste of time.

Worst store I have ever been.. This store is bad in so many ways. The staff are really rude, don't help as they should, always with a bad mood. The store itself is a mess, you can't find the shoes you want because their boxes are really messy.. I hated every second in that store! Never coming back again.

The worst experience ever!!! I have bought shoes from them 2 times and both times they didn't last even a 2 months!!! Sport wear fila were £70 and after 1 month have broken completely I had to glue them many times! Very disappointed with the quality! Not worthy of spending any money!

Very busy shop on high street. Usually well staffed and tidy but on this occasion I staff to be seen apart from tills and boxes lying everywhere. Shoes are good value for money. I bought shoe spray this time which for 10quid did 13 pairs of shoes. In store it is 2.99 a pair!

Good range of fashionable shoes/trainers/casual wear for all members of the family including big brand names too .Reasonable prices to suit all pockets.Helpful friendly staff in a nice shopping environment. Located close to the clock tower it's easy to find.

Fab customer service and they have special arch support insoles that are cushioned to put in any shoe/boot. Loafs of variety for men woman and children..wide foot and extra comfort medical support foot wear ..fab prices..and also sell Clarkes.

Busy shop on highstreet good range and affordable price for shoes for men and women and children what ever in the shop quality wise not bad normally they have more staff to help you but this time less staff staff are very good well trained

A good range of reasonably priced shoes and a very nice lady on the till. However, the shop had a faulty, very loud extractor fan or some other gizmo which, combined with the obligatory musak, made for a must-get-out-soon atmosphere.

It's good...Lots of different popular shoe brands... The last time we went, there were #JUSTHYPE bags and she wanted the whole set but it was a little too expensive-money is getting too tight for us commoners.

Very Helpful Staff! And If They Don't Have Your Size In Store They Will Arrange To Have Sent Out To You, When They Arrive And Your Not Happy Take Back To Shop And Receive Full Refund No Quibbles …

Great staff! Superb customer service, went in to exchange a pair of shoes that I bought online - no problems, lovely service, the girls were very very nice! Love the shoes range as well :D great deals !

This place should do quite well now clarks closing shops and struggling.Need to introduce a fitting service for children and be in competion with clarks as they have become far too expensive .

Brilliant store, lovely staff who go out of their way to help you, Even though it was on a busy Saturday afternoon. They have a offer on at the moment of buy one pair and get 2nd half price.

Staff are good but product offers are only available on few and they are not worth buying... However products not on offer are good value for money and worth the price...

Awful customer service at the store. Not all of them, but the staff called Casey is possibly the rudest retail assisstant I have come across.
