Came to the store to buy a few groceries and to get cash back, I use to absolutely love this store but thid morning I was treated so rudely, I'm a true believer of it's not what you say but how you say it. I responded with no worries! Been in the neighborhood for years I would never ever go to this store again , literally wanted to return all my items but didn't want to be complicated. Customers aren't always right but in this case I choose peace instead. Some people just aren't satisfied with their job and it shows. Don't even waste your time going here, I rather go to another dollar general even if it's out my area just to have a better experience, it's too early for attitudes.

Pricier than other dollar stores but also carries more name brand items. Staff can be rude and store is really a complete unorganized mess. I see too many employs milling about with their cell phones instead of sorting and stocking their new shipment and organizing it. I've never seen a store that unorganized and don't bother asking for assistance unless you want to see them roll their eyes at you for asking them to do some customer service. Management needs to clean house or set some rules for employees especially regarding cell phones, attitude, and job description. I do like the store itself just the staff and organization sorely needs to be addressed.

No social skills behind the counter. I spoke to the first young lady behind the register. No reply. Got in line she directed me to the other registers line .fine. There was only two people back there from what i could see . Mind you there was only one person in her line. So as i proceed to the other line behind those two people there were at least 10 other customers in line stretching back in to the store. That was ridiculous. One worker on one register with 11 people in line? Elderly people and people with children . Meanwhile there was at least 5 other employees walking the store. I left my items and left the store . I won't be shopping there anymore.

I have been in this store many times and I feel like they should serve to the community. However they never have anything that's needed or they have problems with their registers or no cash back or can only pay with cash. Recently I went into the store for several items ex. puppy food, puppy pads. It's Christmas time and they don't have decoration's or extension cords. At this point I feel like this store need to close. Terrible

I’ve been shopping over 35 minutes, 1 item left to grab before checkout and their walking through the owls, isles, isles, walking through the aisles screaming card ONLY NO cash! Only in the hood. Check expiration dates, a few food items expire in a few days some just a couple of weeks. Items not faced on shelves or price availability. I’ll be sure to call before I come back

Really nothing too much to say about the store. Customer service is okay.. The store was a little empty I don't know if it's because it's the holidays or are low on staff and nobody stocking up the shells on the regular basis.. I really don't have any complaints about the store I don't go there too often.. it is a nice story it is clean and a customer service is okay

they weren't stocked up all product in box and the manager was rude to me when I asked a simple question if she doesn't like her job she should get a better one or even go back to school for a one never shop there again keep up with the demand of I could not find what I needed may be the employees or manager need to work longer to stock up shelfs walked right out

Even tho I lost or misplaced the item I bought the next day lol.... I give it five stars cause they have friendly employees who made my life a whole lot better by letting me in being the last person after hours for and exception of buying two bags of chips and my item lol. Thanks broskiiii. Keep him on board and give him a raise. I think he was Lightskinned lol.

This Dollar General needs to be cleaner and neater. The personnel is good, but the appearance needs work. One reason for it may be because they're understaffed. That makes it tough to keep it neat. They are not expensive, so the prices are competitive with Family Dollar. In sum, the store is okay, but the appearance, both inside and out, needs to improve.

Basic goods at low prices, conveniently located within the community it serves. Ample parking as well. Seemed to be relatively clean and organized. I made a stop for a few snacks. It was late afternoon on a Friday, and I made it through the line rather quickly. Cashiers were pleasant and efficient, which makes a difference!

Going inside Dollar General today was okay. I found what I was looking for on sale. I've been going to this place for years. Still, no shopping basket for the customers! Every time I walk inside the store, no shopping basket available. Because the employees are always using them. I went inside today, still no basket!

The store is NEVER stocked! Everything that you need is still in boxes in the isles instead of on the shelves!! There is always a long line because there is usually only 1 cashier. I really hope that they correct this because I live a block away, but I travel outside of the neighborhood to get the things that I need.

Dollar General is the neighborhood store that everyone can relate to when Dollar's are low on funds.Dolllar General now carries name brands products and clothes and shoes for the whole family and even nice items for your home at a reasonable prices.I thank goodness for having the Dollar general in my neighborhood.

I like the prices , but I don't like the fact that the store is junkie.. the lines are always very long some of the ..cashiers are rude..and the worst part is they don't have security so someone is always walking out stealing, and this causes increases to the price to make up for the loss

I can't never go inside or just pick up an single item without a problem I'm walking in there no buggy to be fount pulse no one to solve the problem go on to say the biggest problem is the shopping cart is fill with put back its so sad I'm never come back …

This is a convenient location, but due to this store being in an area where outside of Mariano's, there is a food desert, a LOT of people in the area shop here. They are often out of items. If they can get control of this problem, this location would be my preferred location.

It’s 8:04 am. There is one person at the front register and she isn’t opening the door because apparently, she’s there by herself. Only in the hood. I could’ve gone to Walgreens and paid more, but I came here to pay less and now I have to go elsewhere. Your store sucks!!!

I frequently go dollar store because certain thing that I cannot find at the bigger grocery stores I can find at Dollar. Prices are ok though not all are @$1. Don't expect to get high branded items at Dollar, but there are varieties there to browse and choose.

Always a long line and ignore me when I ask to open another line. 1 dark lady is the only professional while others wont greet you laughing and talking. They act as though you dont know how to slide your card when they continue to hit the wrong button.

This particular Dollar General always has great digital clip coupons for name brand items and a great selection of Their Own Private brands. The customer service could be better bring a newspaper or magazine-be prepared to wait in line.

New store they still lack certain item. I have several items that I needed and they did not hane it in stock i.e. small dish rack, they had the top but not the bottem. In addition, looking for a small plastic file box which I found at

-No visible employees on the floor, +shelves were full , -some of the store area was in disarray, ++yet the two cashiers were quick & moved the lines fast. My cashier was friendly & her interaction with me as a customer ++.

This store doesn't put out the supplies that they keep stored in the storage room. I was shopping for sardines and candy bars and the cashier stated that they were out of these items. The store was not kept clean.

Well today it was ok but I had very bad customer service from Dollar General they can be very rude I've been trying to get in touch with corporate and I think that they need to look into half of the employees

It’s smell as soon you walk in. They have the gate down before closing time . Literally 40 minutes before closing time. I don’t know if they doing it because the employees lazy or it’s a urban/hood location.

Been waiting a long while and they still have the store closed and it’s freezing outside. No one is answering and an employee is parked in the lot. Why so much horrible service in a busy area.

This Dollar General is super messy to the level of being a little uncomfortable. Items are all over the place and some of the frozen items (I wanted ice cream) were melted in the case.

Most of the time the lines are long but they have what you need, you have to ask your self convenience or price. Dollar general has both but the line can be a bit of an inconvenience!

It's a great place to find items that you once used but can't find elsewhere. The cashier was very customer service friendly. I'm sure I'll visit this location again.

The Dollar Store is alright but some items are less money because the sizes are smaller. I found that out today when I bought Dove Soap; I wasn't happy about that!

Love it just wish they can keep the Arm & Hammer laundry pods in stocks, an would be nice if the sold the Arm &Hammer Baking soda you can use 4 laundry as well.

About as good as you'd expect from a dollar general. The ppl there act like real employees with feelings. Sometimes it does seem Slightly unorganized tho.
