Had my hair done yesterday &it was the worst experience ever. I had visited the day before & discussed the colour. The lady went over the colour selection 3 times. The problem started when walk ins came in & was left with bleach longer than it should have been in. Once washed out my hair had turned yellow & orange. The hairdresser tried to say what a nice colour it was I pointed out that firstly the colour is not what l chose & my hair is yellow orange and patchy. They tried to fix it but made it worse. I was in the salon for 4hours. The focus in this salon is not about the client but about the money. The lady said her boss was pushing her to look after the walking simply for the money. Rude & disgusting attitude. Tried to offer me free products. I was crying as l had waited so long to have my hair done professionally. The hairdresser said she had to go as she has family waiting. So do l. This salon needs to be closed down. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE. If l could have given a zero star rating l would have.

So awful. Very rough service. Natural nails are not meant to be filed hard. Didn't want to do the service i requested. Told me 'not enough time'. Once i pushed back and stated if they couldn't do the job then i woukd go elsewhere. So dismissive to their customers and they speak extremely rudely. Twisted my fingers into places they don't naturally go and then chastise you for not being relaxed.Charged $70 for sns for a poor quality job. I have NEVER paid 70 bucks EVER! Certainly not for a rubbish job too.Will never go back. Steer clear people, STEER CLEAR. Make sure you go around the corner. Go to Vogue nails. They do a beautiful job and actually take pride in their work. It's the reason they are always booked ahead of time. Lesson learned.

“THE WORST” Services. Very unprofessional ladies. Didn’t listen to me what I asked for at all. I asked for acrylic and they just started SNS on my nails and when I told her I wanted Acrylic then she started convincing me to go for SNS. I stopped her. They she sent me to the next chair to get my nails done and started talking in her own language to the others. That lady was worst than the first one. Seems like not happy to see theclients. The color that chose didn’t mean to her and she just put simply Red not that specific color that I wanted. I asked for one designer nail and I can’t describe about that designer nail. Then they charged me $62 for that worst service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY

firstly, when we got here, we were sat down as they were working on other people. then two more customers proceeded to walk in and were also sat down, the ladies started to work on them before the customers that were here before them. while we were sitting down waiting to attended to (after the people who came in after us), another lady walked in and said she’s here for an appointment. the lady told the customer sorry too busy now, even though she had an appointment made, after coming in earlier in the morning. poor customer service which matches the quality of the nails they produce. would rather spend the money elsewhere that does a better job and is nicer to customers, won’t be returning.

UNPROFESSIONAL, VERY BAD SERVICE I was at this store this morning, i showed them a picture very simple french SNS the only difference was it was a glitter, the quality of the work was really bad. I told the lady over 3 times that the tip was out but she acted as if it was not a big deal. Charged me $60 for the nails I totally understand it would cost that but they never worry about the quality of the work for the amount they charge. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY i would never recommend this place. The regular place i visit was shut and i had to get my nails done so i popped in I totally regret!! Once i said to the lady that i was not happy didn’t bother fixing it either!!

I went there around 2 months ago and got a new acrylic set. I told the lady I wasn’t happy as they were different thicknesses, several nails were thick on one side and thin on the other. She pretended that I said I liked them when it was quite obvious I didn’t. I was rushed out the door, I was the only customer. I also created a review when I originally came here and it was deleted.

Doesn't recommend this place, i did my grey hair root regrowth over there and the lady didn't put it properly and washed my hair after 10 mins, was supposed to wash my hair after one hour as the first time they let it dry for one hour but as they wanted to close their salon early, they insisted on washing my hair and they were rude..wasted my $90

Horrible! Went here yesterday with my grandmother, she got French tips which were super thick, the paint was all over her fingers too. I just got a manicure with painted nails, made my fingers bleed and the way they did the nails were all ove r the place, super clumpy and they missed so many spots!! As soon as I got home I took the polish off.

Had my nails done today, I've only been in here once before and that was just to get one replaced as I broke it. Loved the service staff were friendly and up for a chat. My nails look amazing well definitely be going back. Can highly recommend them. …

If I could give 0 stars I would have..!! It's $45 for a pedicure, but the lady did such a bad job and when I ask her to fix it she doesn't!! And she hurt me, filling my toe nails too!! I don't recommend this place at all.. it's a waste of money and you won't be happy with the results !!

didn’t have time to go to my regular nail lady, so came in here to have two nails touched up. I’m sure you could tell which acrylics they’ve done, I look like a tafe apprentice’s practice set. Wouldn’t waste my money, find anywhere else!

Didnt listen to what i asked for at all, i asked for a basic mani and pedi with polish ($20/25 each) and they just did some dipping powder thing on my hands and then sent me to the counter and charged me $40??? Dont think ill go back lol

They are good at pedicures but rubbish for brows and lashes. I have dark brown hair but they gave me orange eyebrow tint?? Lashes they only do top row, even though they say yes we do bottom row too they don't... I won't be going back.

Got done French tip, super thick and looked weird, one nail done visibly visibly tilted down but lady said my fingers are like that. Not happy with services. Will not recommend.
