It's my request to Dmart Management kindly give proper training to bopal D-mart staff how to treat with customer they don't know value of customer. All the Dmart growth depends upon customer and at bopal d Mart there is nothing like customer service. Earlier I had give complaint regarding same issue at that time store manager Mr. Vinod Rav give me assurance that as head he will take action to provide good customer service but sorry to say till date in customer service there is no improvement so it's my request to management kindly take strict action for improve customer service and also teach your floor staff how to talk with customer.

Always flooded with crowd. The parking facility is not capable to cater enough vehicles. Also the store itself is not big enough to handle the level of crowd, I have never seen all the billing counters working, even if there are long queues still all the billing counters are not operational. It’s high time to shift the store in a bigger place which could accommodate the kind of crowd it receives. Even on a Tuesday evening it took me 1.5 hours to complete my shopping and the experience was horrible. It’s one of the reasons sometime I avoid going to DMart, I thought as it was a Weekday and it wouldn’t be much crowded, still it was.

A nice place for one roof shopping. Wide variety of items ranging in food items to cosmetics, stationary, utensils, wears and utility items. The rates are so well reduced that these appear to be like highly subsidized. Nicely located at a very convenient place at SP Road crossing with Bopal road. Public transport is close by and the Store has ample parking space. The price tags are well displayed on all items stacked well on racks. The assistants of the market in the sale area and at the payment counters are customer friendly. The over all experience in the store has been very satisfying.

Bopal dmart branch is one of the oldest dmarts in Ahmedabad. But coming to availability of goods and items,they are too much scarce. Most of the kitchen items are not available unlike other dmart branches. As it's situated in bopal so it's mostly crowded on weekends and month starting as South bopal and shela doesn't have dmart. Staff is sometimes rude and doesn't answer simple questions. Cleanliness is also an issue. Moreover the staff is deficient as most items are not arranged in cloth section. Trials for mens shirts are not available.

A good place where you get all house hold items, groceries, snacks, garments for men women and kids, Electonics items, statiory and lot many things in affordable prices. Speciality of this place is they provide all items in reasonable prices amongst all shopping malls in this area. Service personal and support staff very co operative and guide us to get all the things. Main benefit is that having own parking facilities for two wheelers and four wheelers basedon availability. The biggest problem here is that whenever there are alot of customers, almost all the counters are closed. We don't understand the problem here.... Everytime we come here .. almost all the counters are closed.... The employees here are also very rude... If you don't care to lose your customers than close it... The employees just say that if you have any problem than don't buy from here or do complain...we don't care ... Learn how to behave with customers

Not happy with staff in Bopal area Ahmedabad. One lady from staff who stand in baggage counter, many times I told her to behave polite but , she always replies arrogantly , video camera recording my video and you don't understand my job so, don't argue with me , otherwise I will see you .. I still don't understand d Mart staff behaviour policy. Don't their manager give training for polite behaviour . Otherwise groceries and other things are good .

One of the best place for daily uses stuff and other things, dmart store is good place to buy products in large amount with good discount , best place to buy all households stuff, you must visit if want reasonable price, approx all products buy very reasonable price, dmart store is for everyone especially middle class and poor class, but there are crowd at Sunday and rest day normal . .

The supermarket is quite spacious and has a lot of different product varieties for each category, but it's really crowded at peak times. Some of the cashiers are also very slow at the checkout counters which result in unnecessary delays.

I love the way of management of D mart. The fastest ever billing process. They are continuously improving and setting the new goals. Awesome experience. No one can beat their buisness style not even the Reliance Smart Bazaar or any other competitors. Never experienced lethargic approach of their staff or style of working. Extremely good. No words with me to appreciate them.

I am the regular customer of D’mart Bopal...every month, we get the groceries and other miscellaneous stuff purchased from this mall. Best part is my kids enjoy the ambiance very much. Nice place in this area for home shoping. Large area having two floor and good collection of grocery and other house hold items. Free parking and there is a icecream stall near the exit gate. In the same building there is a movie. This place is very near to outer ring road.

Typical Dmart unit with great discounts and great options on household items. There is usually a rush even on weekdays (my experience based on visits on Monday/Tuesday mornings). Have always had a line to wait, but the billing staff is usually quick at their task.

This place is having parking problem. Most of the grocery items are not available in small quantities e.g. if one need to buy one kg sugar only 5 kg packets available. Long waiting time for billing and weighing. Avoid Saturday and Sunday.
