Today I had my first experience at DNA Beauty and I am very satisfied! I had my eyebrows and underarms waxed by beautician Danielle and she was very gentle, thorough, listen to my requests and took her time, she’s given me wonderful brows! I was a bit anxious about getting waxed as I’ve had some bad experiences and my pain tolerance isn’t very high but this didn’t hurt much at all! It’s was actually quite pleasant and I was very impressed with how gentle she was with me. Prices are reasonable and not over priced, which is always great! I will definitely be making this salon my regular from now on. Very happy customer! Thank you for you fantastic service! :)

Came here for my first ever manicure. Told the lady this. I was given the option of normal nail polish or gel. Gel seemed like a good option since it lasted longer. I thoroughly enjoyed the hand massages and the treatments. It wasn't until i got home that i noticed polish on my skin around my nails. As this is my first time I'm not sure if this is the norm, but did seem a bit unprofessional. My appointment did start late, so possibly they were rushed. I've also since discovered I need to have the gel removed when its old, I cant just use simple nail polish remover at home. I feel that should have been mentioned.

I cannot rate this place high enough! As a first timer and someone who has suffered with acne long term, I was naturally quite sceptical but in hindsight, there was no reason to be because the service was nothing short of exceptional. The lovely Annika was patient, kind and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire deep cleanse facial. She had superior knowledge of the skin and answered my questions with great ease. I appreciated her honesty and it was clear from the very beginning that she is extremely passionate about what she does. I look forward to coming again in the near future.

I LOVE DNA Beauty Therapy! All of the staff are always so lovely, kind and professional. They always make you feel very welcome. Even better, they are truly great at what they do. Whatever I have done, from nails to tan to waxing I always leave happy admiring their flawless work. THE BEST salon I've been to. The girls talk to you they are polite and considerate. I have always disliked going into salons where people don't look you in the eye and speak a foreign language and laugh. That does not happen here. They are personable and welcoming. The salon is clean and tidy, very inviting and nice. Also, i have never had my nails look so good and natural before. I am a busy mum of little kids and I would reccomend this place to anyone who wants to relax and feel pampered. Looking forward to many years ahead as a customer!!

Very bad experience! No knowledge of costumer service at all!!!! I don’t how they run the business. Rang today to check the price for ledger therapy for my wife and the lady was rude on phone and hang up on me. If you have enough costumer don’t disclose the numbers on search engines for Leaving in same community I thought will me close to get done for my wife but never going close to them

Lovely, professional ladies who make you feel welcome the very moment you walk through the door. I've been here several times for different treatments and always walk out feeling pampered and relaxed. I will definitely return to DNA as I can't find a beautician anywhere else near me who does such beautiful nails and their hygiene practices are second to none.
