PLEASE READ THIS TILL END BEFORE GOING THEIR .THE WORST experience till date. I purchased one gown which needed alterations they promised me to give it on the other day, the other I show up they were like we haven't done it yet I was like ok and again promised me and asked to come the other day. I went the other day and only 1 alteration was done out of 5 and they asked me to give them one more day. Idk why but I gave them one more chance. But this time before going to their shop I personally call them for the update I told everything to the manager she said "I will handover the phone to the staff who attended you" while she was giving the phone to the staff she literally said " YE GOWN WALI CUSTOMER KYA BAKWAS KAR RAHI HAI KOI SUNO " I mean what is this??? And again the staff said me "you come and take it from us because our tailor is not coming today and you can give it to your personal tailor". I don't think this is the way to talk to any customer and other than that fake promises. Keeping aside way of talking I can't understand why the hell they are promising to give it on time if they could not. WORST WORST PEOPLE. I hope people will get this. I'm not at all willing to give 1 star but can't post this if ratings are not mentioned. I hope they will learn some manners.

They even don't deserve this 1 star also today I visit there shop, their is a huge board of sale 99 which is totally fake... When I entered I told them CLEARLY I WANT ONE PIECE UPTO 1200-1300.. to which they said "mam itne mai nhi aayenga" I said ok and i came outside the shop ... The moment I step outside , their owner said " Aree mam aap andar aao dekh lo hum karwa denge" Then I choose the dress and when there is final payment they said dress is costly you have to give 2500/- I was like , sry what to which mam kapda dekho and all wala nonsense starts, so guys better go to malls and other stores but don't go there this was my first time in that DRESS CODE AND I GOT MY WORST EXPERIENCE... and i finally did not buy it because they think "customer ko accha lagahi hai to paise de denge but lastly I will say don't do this fraud with customers" Ps : Now they will give Explanation so guys ignore it..

The store is good ... But here you say ... The staff is not at all good ... They literally behave rude with you if at the end you won't buy any stuff ... They keep on forcing you to buy the tops .. even if you din't like it much ... Yeah some times .. you do like the clothes in here ... But more often they are little dull and aren't available in all sizes ... N thing which actually made me stop going at these stores is the staff they have... Not at all polite ... Not that m being a critic ... N sorry if it's a wrong perception ... But it was the whole experience I had in there ... Might be yours will be different ... Anyways at the dress code branch,sadar ... The men's wear here are great ... as well the staff .. So boys you need not to worry ... Go for it

Worst experience up till now!! My sister bought a top from their, she bought that for me, but wasn’t a great fit so had to exchange, we went there to exchange my top..they were least interested to show me new stuff all they do is they will show you old stuff in return for the exchange..their owner is highly highly arrogant.. First they ask their staff to get clients and then all they’re least interested to greet you at the store. I’ll suggest you’ll to go to the second store which is on the very left..their owner is v good their staff etc everything was good I had a pleasant experience at the other store!!!

Loved the stock... Everyone is very Polite there specielly the manager of the shop. She genuinely do helps every customers to get a suitable salesgirl. It was my 3rd visit in the shop nd everytime she helped me to get all my alterations very clear. The shop owner is very friendly he always helps me and the other customers to get the dress according to their choices... Loved to go there and will always recommend all of u guys to please once visit to that shop... I promise u all Will havr the same feeling which Iam having.. Bye.... Once again loved Dresscode

I had a recent experience with Dress Code. It is a pocket-friendly fashion hub for people. About the collection, casual wear needs a lot of improvement. You will get a good collection of crop tops, backless, sleeveless, cold shoulders, off shoulders, tubes, etc etc.. but everytime that can't be the ultimate choice for all. Also, decent collection of party wear. Fabric is okay, won't rate too good. Overall, experience is worth 3 star but one star more because of the staff. You get some awesome customer service.

I've been shopping from this store for about 5-6 years now. initially it used to be budget friendly but now the prices are high and the stuff is not worth buying( most of them are out of fashion) even if you buy 2 3 clothes above 1k they don't give you discount which is really disappointing. Clothes under 300-400 are very cheap and are of low quality. Only clothes above 600 are nice (just little bit nice).

Not at all recommended. Not at all customer friendly. Unreasonable exchange policy for example if you reach the shop in morning hours for exchange, they deny it. If you reach the shop on Sunday for exchange, they deny it. Most importantly, don’t buy White garment from here, they don’t exchange white in any condition, don’t know why are they selling it in the first place when they don’t exchange it.

Well lit showroom with good collection of western wears. Located in the heart of Dharampeth, the shop is long enough to accommodate good number of customer at any point of time. The showroom is not that wide, so moving around is a bit of an issue. They have good number of salesman who are attentive & proactive in their work. The trial rooms are trendy with quotes written all over.

Though they have good collection but their staff is very irritating, if you don't buy anything their staff will follow you till door and will insist you for purchasing. They don't care about customer choice they will show pieces of their choice. They will try 100 % to make you buy from their store

Amazing variety. You just need to pick up your piece from the huge stock! The owner(A mid aged lady) is very friendly and dedicated here and gets you personalised dress that suits you the best. Prices suit the clothes. My personal experience was amazing here! Thank you Dress Code

i had been to dis place a year back i guess..The lady owner who sits there is too pushy...will try to be overfriendly n oversweet with u & n will forcefully try to convince u to buy clothes ..and also the staff is busy gossiping n least interested in work . Not recommended .

3 star because i love the quality of jeggings from dress code at affordable prices. The service is really really good. 2 star less because the manager(dharampeth) was scolding the workers in front of the customers and i found it very disrespectful (to the workers).

Pathetic! Down Market! Costly! There are 2 Shops side by side and the salesmens literally shout at customer to come to the respective shops. Also salesman do not have any manner to talk to the customer. Cloths are as well costly. Don't think of visiting.

This is my favourite place for shopping. Whether it is for wedding parties or daily wears. Recently i bought sweater tops and denims in very good price and the quality of clothes is undoubtedly great. Highly recommended place for shopping in Nagpur.

It used to be one of the best places for Western clothes shopping but after partition, their employees forcefully calls you to come to there shop like machi market. Stock is also not as promising as it used to be.

Rude staff!! Although designs are good, Quality of cloths is very bad.. infact they tried to sell damaged product, even after spoting (before buy) the damage they were not willing to give a fresh one.

Sales person's are so annoying sometimes if you don't like anything offcource you don't buy it but they want if you are in the shop than they forced you to buy. Good collection. Costly sometimes.
