IM A FAN OF SHOES Would of make yourself a good customer, because i love shoes i buy at least 10 to 15 pairs a year. I bougth 3 pairs of boots. In different timeing - Im very dissapointed You had a pair in the stock room for a peroid of time three weeks. I was calling ever three days to check and all the time they had in the stock room. That was so annoying and frustrating. 1 st pair Different style The elasctic on the boot was bad, we could open the boot wide annough, it took me at least 5 to 10 minutes to try to strech them out. 2nd pair Different style, very tight on the arch, one foot, I couldn't put in. One, I force in but it was hurting my arch so much. 3nd pair Different stlye Didn't not fit my feet at all way to big. Its mostly like a 7 and it was mark a 6. Im very dissapointed of your merchandise. I think you buy all the default merchandise from different compagnie. Its like Marshall and Winners the same way. They diffault stuff from different designer an compagnies. You have nuce stuff but they are all deffected and it sad. Once you try it always something going wrong..

Terrible quality of shoes and ever worst customer service. Bought 3 pairs of shoes on a Friday night, tried each pair at work INDOORS at my office and one of the pairs started making a loud squeeking sound. Went back the following Friday to exchange them and as I tried a new pair at the store, I realized that those squeeked as well. Laurie the ‘’manager’’ refused to exchange or refund because they had been worn ONCE INDOORS. I explained to her that there is clearly a default in their shoes if the 2 pairs in my size were making this loud sound and I even offered to try them out again for her to hear for herself. She refused to even ‘’hear’’ the situation and told me she couldn’t do anything. To top it off I decided to call customer service regarding this matter and their solution was to go back in when another manager was on duty and to tell them that I had never worn the shoes. This is absolutely not acceptable service and I will NEVER shop there again.

I came across this company while on the internet. Was going for a visit to Ottawa, thought I would check out the `retail version``. From what I noticed on-line, I thought it would be an alternative option for Shoe Warehouse, which I had grown tired of. I was disappointed. Although I knew they were affiliated - along with Town Shoes - I expected more. more of a discount, more choice, and definitely more visible ``customer service`` . I have been to two different locations - have NEVER seen personnel manning the floor - well at least no one in any type of identifiable ``uniform`` so to speak. Exactly the same stock as the Shoe Company. except the reduced racks lack the assortment and ``deals`` of the Shoe Company. AND, as previously noted - an absence - or lack of - store personnel. DSW definitely had a much better assortment and pricing on their website.

Horrible experience! I recently purchased a pair of Bull Boxer men's dress shoes from this store only to have the sole come apart from the shoe. Shoes were bought in early summer and have been worn less than 15 times in an office environment. I brought the shoes in along with the $160 tax included receipt to them today and was told that I was on my own and to merely pay a cobbler to repair them. I will NEVER shop at this store again! I can see if the shoes were sold for $29.99 from the bargain bin...but these were $160! Such a nonchalant response to the needs of a client. Unprofessional, unappreciated and unacceptable. Definitely not the place to go if you are looking for a quality product or service. I'd give 0 stars if I could...

We were shopping for indoor runners for my 7 and 4 year old right before back to school! Started off at Sketchers before making our way over to DSW. OH WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! Straight away we were greeted, Daphne gave us exceptional customer service - we ended up doing two delivery to home because the shoes we liked weren’t in stock. A few days later I returned to get a second pair for my youngest. The manager happened to be there (Sam M) and offered to help us out (sizes were limited due to back to school). She helped us for over an hour, was so friendly with my little one, really went above and beyond. I can’t rave enough about their knowledgeable staff and friendliness. Bravo DSW!! Will definitely be a returning customer.

Terrible experience! Bought a pair of shoes Saturday evening right before closure, returned following Sunday noon (didn't fit right). Salesperson gave us a lecture telling "This shoes were definitely quite worn, anyone can see it. I am afraid I can't give you money back, just a store card". Even after seeing time stamps on the receipt, she wasn't convinced, kept ranting. Eventually she went off to talk to the manager, came back and concluded as if she was giving us a huge favor "THIS TIME ONLY I can return your money, but only this time", of course no apologies for the whole circus. I just answered "Not to worry, I will never get back to this store".

DSW has a good display with lots of stock. I was able to quickly find what I was looking for, and didn't have any trouble locating specific sizes. The staff are helpful and polite, and although it was busy when I was in the store, it was not hard to get somebody's attention. The parking for this store falls into the same category as the rest of The Trainyards; However, there is parking available immediately outside the store, and there is easy access to other stores close by.

I tried to order two pairs of shoes online. I got an email saying Order Confirmed. Then another email saying one pair was no longer available. Then another email saying the other pair was no longer available. So what's the point of the online order system? I'm waiting for my credit card pending debit to be removed. Horrible service. Will not consider going back.

This store is clean and well organized. Prices and promotions are clearly marked which makes it easy to know what the deals are. The selection of shoes is impressive. They have every style imaginable! Staff are friendly and willing to help if needed, but do not continuously bother you while you're looking around. Price-points are really reasonable.

Amazing variety of high quality shoes and footwear. Not as low priced as they claim, fairly on par with other shoe stores with great marketing. I've had some staff that are fantastic and give amazing service that go the extra mile, however just as many that don't acknowledge your existence. Clean facility.

Lots of selection for shoes, boots and every type of footwear. They also have purses and sports jerseys and hats. Staff is helpful and or cashier was bilingual which definitely shows that customer service is important. Parking right in front of the store is OK with more around if needed.

We HAD to wear a mask but no gloves as breathing on shoes might be spreading this mysterious virus. Only a couple of customers in this large store besides 3 or 4 staff. We were there half an hour before closing. Fortunately we found the footwear we needed and left happy …

Large selection of name brand shoes. I specifically look at women's and kids shoes and they always have a good selection of the brand's I prefer. Often with a sale! Store is clean and the staff were friendly. I signed up for the VIP program which can provide additional discounts.

Poor selection. associate asked for my email when I made my purchase I said no thanks I didn't want promotional emails. She said it's not for that, "it's required by the system for purchases" so I gave my email. A week later I'm getting promotional emails, thanks for nothing.

Poor customer service. The boots I bought had an additional 25% off sign on it. In all 3 colours of the model even, so it clearly was not tampered with. At the cash, they rang at full price and the staff refused to honour the discount. I

First time there today and was very surprised with the selection of dress shoes for men. Prices are similar or lower than other bigger stores I usually go to. Also, it is super clean and no pressure. I am definitely going back!

Your sister is okay I find it very expensive to little bit for shoes but again there was nobody there to help me find a size or or or or there was nothing to measure my feet with to make sure that I had the right size or shoes

Good selection but the sales staff don’t know what’s on the rack. I asked a lady for size 13-14 boots and she said they have none but when I walked down the aisle I found a few pairs of size 14 and many size 13’s.

Speaking for men's selection only, the prices are great but the selection is nil. Great if you're looking for Sketchers, I find most of these department shoe stores mens sections carry Sketchers specifically

The store has a wide range of footwear for all kinds of occasions. The shoes I got were purchased online but didn't fit properly. I was able to return them in the store. The staff was very friendly.

the company took payment twice from me and joining the customer service is awful. The phone service has been closed for 4 days, and there is no way to get an email response. really disappointing.

Found some nice shoes here. Extra Wide is my size and after years of wearing a bigger size to get a fit finally found a shoe store that actually had my size. Rocking my own size comfortably.

When I walked to the front to ask if the boots came in another colour I was greeted with a sigh and she said “ I don’t know I need a barcode”. So I walked out without having gotten help.
