I walked in on a whim to look around and see what would catch my eye. After looking around a very noticeably excited employee chatted me up about downloading the app and creating a new account she even told me to go to my car and download because the reception was bad well I was able to download in store create a new member account and began my fresh new shopping she had mentioned I would get 20% off the entire order to shop away and she would let the register know. Also I asked if they priced matched she said "yes the manager will" a national brand had the exact same show for about 20% less due to Memorial day sales it was the Webster Loafer. I got three pairs of shoes made the line then kindly and simply asked about what I had just been advised regarding open a new account and get te 20% off your cart and the price match cashier was very nice smiled called a manager to overide the price etc. I was fine either way when the Male Manager time was around 6pm central time he was not very service friendly. He flat out said "No, what the girl told you is not right" he said that only if I had created the account in store I would qualify for the extra incentive he said since you created it on your phone you don't qualify for discount I mentioned to him I had created an account on the spot due to what the girl encouraged me etc. sometimes it's not what you say it's how you say it. He was very short in conversation truly no flexibility as a manager and not a single kind smile out of him he was however overriding the price match which he was still being quite rude in tone I showed him the national website Dr Scholl's he sounded as he was trying to find an excuse to not price match ok moving on as he did the override I over heard him tell the cashier that a discount in addition to kept automatically coming off and he wasn't having it his deminear was almost as he was trying to beat the system the to not be able to automatically take off the extra discount. etc etc truly at that point I just walked away and left told the cashier and him to just forget it. I on the other hand got home and ordered three pairs at the Dr. Scholl's site and will be back for more their page has an easy layout and it was easy peace to check out. Needless to say I had a terrible experience like no other there before and will go back to just shopping online at other places. Last point if the employees don't know what they are talking about to the customers that stems from upper management. Period.

My family and I went to get some shoes and we tried to take advantage of the offer sent to me via email ($60 off for $200 or more spent). We found in the store 2 of the three pairs we wanted. The 3rd pair was available online only and there was only one left. Two onsite employees -Mayra and Yvonne- were not able to assist me purchasing my shoes. Reasons? Several. From Merrell not making many size 13 shoes to having at the store a pair that was not shown in their system (???). Several suggestions were made, Mayra simply said that it was out of her hands helping us. We ended up buying two pairs onsite and one online and unable to save the money posted on the email received. We are very dissatisfied with the way we were treated at the store. We are frequent clients and never had a horrible experience like the one described above. I reported this to the Customer Service Hotline two nights ago and I was promised I was going to receive a call from upper management and I am still waiting. So, how come: 1. They have a pair of shoes onsite and they cannot find it available online? 2. I cannot use an offer because of their lack of experience on how to deal with items not shown in their system? 3. Why a pair of shoes that I found online and I purchased already does not show in their system? 4. Why upper management hasn’t contacted me? 5. I haven’t even received a call from the store manager? So disappointed.

Not a very pleasant experience today at the Rim location. Saw a pair of shoes but were out of stock at this store. Walked to the registers and waited in line to get some help in possibly finding the item at another location. A young lady by the name of Allie? answered a couple of questions but when it came up to needing to grab the shoes to get some information from box I had to take the initiative and grab the shoes myself. I would have understood if it was busy and people were waiting in line but there was no one waiting . Since when do you have your customer do your job? This is just to say how bad customer service has gotten. It is very rude and unfortunately lazy. Very disappointed. A young man ended up helping me after I grabbed the item and was very kind to call another store and had the shoes placed on hold for me. It’s too bad I can’t remember his name.

This DSW store has the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. I was told a particular shoe was in stock at their store and I asked where I could find it in the store; the first associate did not even make an attempt to help me. She just brushed me off and told me maybe I can order them. Once I went to the counter, the associate there said she was in training and could not help me. I get that but it still took someone else another 10 minutes to show up and see what I needed. He looked for the shoe and said maybe I can find them in the clearance section. When I made my way back, they were not in the clearance section but in another area completely away from the area he was referring to. I am not one to complain but they need to retrain their associates to at least pretend to care about helping the customers that come in to their store.

I ordered 2 pairs of walking tennis shoes online to pick up in store. Adidas pair has nice color and fit nicely, but Kelly & Katie slip on snicker run small and too fitted for me. I was so fortunate to have Maryann assisted with the whole process. She helped return the original pair and reorder a replacement pair 1 size bigger in gray, my favorite color. There was no extra charge and free shipping to my home. It was mid morning on a Saturday and it was busy with at least a dozen of customers in-line but yet Maryann was very calm, patient and focus to complete my transaction. Her professionalism, patience, and understanding are impressive. And her outstanding customer service is unbeatable. You're the Best Maryann! And thank you for your kindness.

That is a place where they discriminate Hispanic people. An elder lady with a young lady, asked for help, the worker a woman, asnswered the elder lady in a bad mood, if you ain't see it there , then we don't have it, she answered in a very rude manner; but another elder lady Anglo, asked for help, and the same worker a lady, helped that person. It is ashamed that a store with a big name discriminate the customers. They aren't trained with a good skill of customers service, very disappointed visit to the store. Never will go back to this store again. Also an tall man was around just seeing around, but he never helped any customers. Very bad management and customer service.

First visit today – it literally does seem like a warehouse. But that’s ok, I was looking for a new pair of dress shoes and found quite a few options to choose from and was literally in and out of there in 20 minutes – but I’m not a very picky shopper. And I think I got a decent price on my shoes. I didn’t have any questions, etc. so I really didn’t need any help from staff but the only two staff I recall even seeing were at the front register. If you need help or have questions, that MIGHT be a problem but I’m really not sure since I didn’t need to find anyone for help. Lots of men’s dress shoes, tennis shoes and even a few hiking boot options.

I ordered online and chose in store pickup. Got to the store and 6 different people and a 20 minute wait later they finally “found” my shoes. What is the point of instore pickup if I could have gone into the store, purchased them and been out before then? And then they were acting like if we can’t find it we don’t know what to do. Was I supposed to leave? And let them keep my money? As someone who works in retail, albeit luxury retail, I can’t imagine being so clueless and expecting it to be okay.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a pair of shoes online, they were too tight so I wanted to exchange for a half size up. I went into store and of course they didn't have the style I ordered in the size I needed. NO PROBLEM...I picked out a different style from the SAME brand that was the SAME price. They refused to do the exchange because they were a different style. DSW will never get my business again, there are plenty of other shoe stores around I can spend my money at.

I am vip membership holder of DSW. I love the way they have so many options for shoes. So many offers for always in store .when u become member u as well gain points for your shopping and rewards for your points. DSW sends me Everytime 5$ gift on my birthdays. It's been 5 yrs I have been shopping here and always happy with their services. I have even tried thier online shopping. The delivery and items are always accurate. You can shop for kids too.I recommend DSW.

Called in was placed on hold for roughly 10 mins girl with a nice Latin accent was not rude but info didn’t seem to add up, after being left on hold then being hung up on I called the store 3 times and kept getting answered then clicked on. Shows a shoe in stock then was told will be arriving soon then told will not be arriving because of it being in the clearance isle, was offered my refund just feel like they see the item is on clearance from the start ..

I've come to realize that certain DSW's have better selections than others just like any of these types of stories they're obviously trying to cater to a particular group and then they hear obviously at the rim there's a few dollars more to be spent. that being said the selection of little girl shoes is fantastic here and I would always highly recommend it My daughter is already a shoeaholic and she knows when she's coming here.

Worst DSW! Came to pick up an order, I didn’t inspect the shoes right at the store(biggest mistake) the shoes looked like they had been worn and looked bent. They didn’t have more in my size(even though the website and customer service online said otherwise) I will be going to a different location from now. Stay away from this one. And please check what you’re being given if picking up.

Tried to purchase shoes and they refused to take cash due to COVID-19. There was no notification of this when entering the store and the cashier was rude about the situation. I understand not wanting to take cash during this time but it should be posted to make customers aware prior to trying to make a purchase and should elicit a higher level of customer service given the situation.

Only the best place in SA for shoes! The sale racks always have some good deals and the designer selection is great. They also carry a small selection of some very nice costume jewelry, great handbags and miscellaneous accessories (socks, scarves, etc.). I come here at least once a month to see what goodies I can pick up. They also have an excellent rewards program.

I asked a rep to the direction of a brand for adult shoes and the rep took me to kids shoes. I advised my foot would not fit into a kids shoe. I was just about to leave when I saw the brand of shoes I was looking for. The rep who checked me out was very help and nice.

Don’t come here they don’t know what they are doing they couldn’t help me with a simple exchange they messed up my money and I left with nothing the manager could not do anything because I bought a purchase online and not in store

I like DSW but the more I look the less I can find in my size. Not just DSW but all Dept stores. They have a ton of stock from a large variety of brands. I guess that is just the way of things to come.

Went to another location of DSW and didn't find what we were looking for. However, they called this location and it was on stock. They held it for us and had it ready once we got there.

Tons of choices, lots of cute shoes. They were out of my size (8) in most of the styles I liked best. I did buy a pair of shoes, they just weren't my first or second choice.
