I brought some sneakers on DTLR online and did store pickup at this location. I went back the next day to return them because they didn’t fit . And they had no smaller sizes. So I requested a refund I paid with my credit card online. NO Guy at the register said I couldn’t get a refund back to my card. The only thing he could do is give me a gift card which I didn’t want. After that I called 3 times customer service and they all said that he had to give me a full refund to my original payment back on my credit card. They said if I paid with paypal or apple pay the refund would be a gift card. This is the first and last time I will be ever be shopping at these damn stores.

I NEVER had to write a bad review but this time is different I bought my husband a pair of huaraches for his birthday, I know my husband shoe size but didn’t realize they run smaller so my husband tried them on and said they are tight so we literally went the next day to swap them out for a half size bigger and the manager said he could not take the shoes back because they look like they been worn !! We explained to him I just purchased them yesterday that he literally just tried them on, he insisted they look worn, the shoes did not look worn what so ever no dirt nothing, the manger was not only calling us liars but was beyond rude ! Beware coming to this location !

They are some thieves sold me some shoes with creases in them when I went to return them the next day told me they could not take them back because they could not resell them! And as I look at them closer they look like two separate shoes I think they're passing off fakes, one shoe has a completely different texture than the other .Spent almost $400 in there yesterday and if I wasn't sure that they would tell me the exact same thing about both pairs of shoes for my kids I would bring those back too. I will never purchase anything from this store ever again BEWARE check your shoes and clothing very well before you walk out of the door!

First time here. We had a wonderful experience for back to school shoe shopping at this store. We called ahead for a specific shoe and size. They told us they had it. Eventhough they were steady busy, the 3 ladies (1 cashier and 2 on the floor) were very kind and genuinely helpful. Was there 8/22 between 3-4pm. I hope these ladies get recognized because MANY stores lack customer service.

I frequent this store alot because I have teenagers who like the expensive athletic sneakers and clothing. I choose this retailer because they usually have what they want in their sizes. Plus, Jason store manager is very knowledgeable and helpful each time I visit. I recommend DTLR for all the latest drops in new sneakers and clothing apparel. Pretty good selection to choose from.....

My husband won a raffle. Dayvif pick up he is out of town, he called a guy says no problem your wife can pick them up. I drove an hour for a lady, rude at that to tell me NO he has to pick them up. I have his ID and the pin for the raffle ..definitely different stories and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE , LAZY FOLKS! i got the wrong shoes 3 times because they act like theyre annoyed by going in the back and checking sizes i mean its your job i brought me and my daghter shoes and we cant fit neither of them they act like your being a bug when u ask them to look for a size VERY LAZY PEOPLEE

This location can do better customer-service wise; however, the merchandise selection is good. But, if you're looking for a specific shoe, it is best to call before driving all the way there just to find out they don't have your size. Just a heads up.

Kash did her thing!!!! We came at closing time I'm pretty sure she been on her feet all day an was exhausted still she went back an fourth to finds the right size for my kids (even tho my 4 year old son kept bothering her about is toy car

Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen the workers are so busy talking texting and laughing you can’t get no assistance no way I should have to go to another store to get some help damn security better than workers

This is the only location that carries clothing for girls. My teenage daughter loves to shop here. Great place to get the hottest gear. One stop shopping from head to toe. They are always very helpful.

They give me the hook up every time. I just cop the puma's they're affordable and the puma shoe come in mad flavors. I'm not a baller i just get what ia dope and affordable.

When they sold out merchandise my size i still managed to fine something I like in there to buy.... one of the best dtlr's in town with different varieties of merchandise.

Can’t get any shoes because the manager sells to all the resellers and the employees are resellers. That’s at all the Charlotte locations they are full of resellers.

Last minute Christmas shopping brought me here- even in the midst of the last minute Christmas chaos the store was clean, orderly, and the staff was eager to help!

I love going there I've always buy shoes there especially if on sale I've bought plenty of my daughter's shoes and my daughter's mom shoes there as well.

Great store with fun and fashionable items, quite different than most clothing stores, nicer than expected in this shopping center. A worthwhile visit.
