Zu Peshawar stands out as a commendable initiative catering to the transportation needs of the average and below-average income communities. It addresses a crucial gap for those unable to afford intercity transport efficiently. However, the project's efficacy is marred by ethical and educational shortcomings among its staff, leading to a consistently rude attitude towards passengers. Duty negligence, dismissive complaint handling, and a lack of control over passenger behavior, especially concerning female passengers, further tarnish the service's reputation. Daily bus rides are marked by overcrowding and frequent conflicts between staff and passengers on various issues. A 50/50 responsibility lies with both parties: stringent staff adherence to duties and imposition of fines on rule violators, coupled with enhanced public education to curb disrespectful behavior. Alarming is the lack of permission to film incidents, exacerbating the deteriorating situation. For those with no viable alternative, Zu Peshawar may serve a purpose, but it is strongly advised to avoid if possible. Urgent intervention and a thorough investigation by management are crucial to rectify the escalating issues. This is imperative to ensure the safety and comfort of all users, particularly the vulnerable – the needy, elderly, children, and female citizens.

Best service for travelling in Peshawar but very crowded Government must have to increase buses to control the public crowd. Dabgari garden station also have routed buses to kohat adda so they're pick public from dabgari garden and cover whole kohat road Thier last station is kohat adda. Bus Rapid Transit BRT is a best idea.
This station is the busy station of BRT and it's the one of biggest BRT station. This station is almost in the centre of the city and the station is connecting other BRT buses from other side of the city in the in the meantime right now just one side bus is running from Kohat Road hopefully in the future other routes also
I recently used the BRT station at Dabgiri Garden and was generally pleased with my experience. The station was easy to locate and conveniently located near several major roads, restaurants, bus routes and hospitals. It was also easy to access for passengers with disabilities, as there were ramps and wide doorways.
Everything is working perfectly... Solute to whole team... I will just share that if u use 3 buses out of 10 as Express from Dabgari Garden to Kohat Adda stopping at only 3 places 1)civil corner 2)ghari qamar din 3)kohat adda ... It will be amazing... Now its up to you sir... Just think Ignore if I am wrong.
This is one of the longest stations in my experience. For all the new BRT users wn they arrive at station they can go to the parking plaza from the station itself no need to go down and walk back towards the parking plaza. Rest you can walk in the middle level all the way back towards shuba station and so on.
Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) stop number 12 - Dabgari Gardens BRT Station. This public transport service was inaugurated yesterday (13th August 2020 ) by the current Prime Minister (IK) and we hope it would be a great experience to travel in BRT Peshawar.
Here a very huge amount of people are waiting for the brt bus approximately at evening time and a very crowded station... except during the evening the remaining time facility is somewhat better.... So you should avoid this station in the evening.
It is built so high and part of elevation portion of BRT track. Yes it is situated at a point from where the passengers can go to Kohat road by connected bus and vice versa. From here one can have a look to the adjecent areas when travelling.

Buzy station, with no washroom facility, less bus for Kohat Adda, 15 mnts long wait in a long queue, its terribly disaster. BRT should minimise the bua time from 15 to 7 mnts plz
I don't like Peshawar BRT Because you don't know where to stand and The bus will stop or not Because they took me 4 station Away from my stop and waste alote of my time .
Because there have alot of traffic in the station . That they have Chances of corona so I request to govt to control the high rated population in the bus station.
Although in construction phase it was really messy and hectic for people but now as it is functional its so much ease and relief to a lagre number of population
