Absolutely horrible experience every time I have to go there, I leave with a headache and feel like banging my head against a wall ! It is pure torture. The family judge in court 256 has an attitude, the security staff downstairs is rude, the clerks and supervisors are rude, and some of them do not know how to properly file the paperwork, most of them act as if you are bothering them and they would rather be on their cell phone, just like the clerk I had the misfortune to deal with today (court 256, 4th floor). Rude, interrupting me when I was talking, arrogant. I thought Collin county was bad, that was before I had to deal with Dallas county, awful !! Also do not use their constable service to have someone served, it is equally awful !!! Use certified mail. These people make your life so hard, it is absolutely unbelievable !!!! Dealing with the Dallas county court staff is so torturous that I almost feel like filing a non suit and forget the whole thing, it is that bad !!!! I was there today for an hour and I still have a migraine !!!

The unfortunate and sad truth is that the Dallas County Family Courts at 600 Commerce is packed with criminals who hold high level positions in the court system. The facts clearly show that the judges, clerks-(Kathy Sanchez), administration, anc AG's office have one narrative and that is to obtain the matching federal funds that are given to the state of Texas per every parent that they can order has the least amount of time with thier children and put on child support. It's not even a secret anymore that they do this. It's widely known. It's really not a coincidence that the building address is on COMMERCE St. Furthermore every Google reviewer that gave good reviews does actually work in the family court system or has ties to it. So take what they say with a grain of salt. Big conflict of interest and Google should crack down on them.

Please go vote for the judges we have in here. The family judge in this courtsystem is terrible ( Name starts with a J and ends with an N) . The child's best interest is not considered. What she wants is all that matters. Just a power trip of what I say goes. It won't take until more kids are parentally kidnapped or killed by the other parent and I still don't think she will care then. Very rude and condescending like everyone is beneath her. Everyone lies unless she says they aren't a lie so proof or not if she doesn't want to hear it she won't. Please help get judges like this off the stand. And no this is not because someone lost I have witnessed it and she is known among attorneys being this way and everyone says how cold she is like bragging. It is not bragging this is pathetic and sad. Do better voters and dallas county.

I had an extremely positive experience at this court!I give this 5 star only to get attention to my review. People in the room 255th are extremely rude. The African American Guy who works there thinks he is the Boss ! Which is not they are supppper lazy they don’t want to work. They are rude. They hang up phone on people. I talked to miss kandis about this issue but they don’t want to change.

Have not been assigned a pro bono lawyer to fight a bogus cps case and I don't have much time at the end of the day cps is steady screwing me about my daughter and it's constantly falling on deaf ears. I just want my daughter back at the end of the day and i can't find a pro bono lawyer i need help.

Parking is horrible, security it’s long and irritating. The food court messed up my order. Not much positive but then again most people won’t be happy with a court house.

Judge Diaz of the 330th Family District Court was very kind and the view of Dallas is great!
