I contacted Dallas Police due to racial harassment and threats by my Hispanic landlord and a white tenant. Dallas Police sent out a Hispanic police officer who was immediately aggressive towards me. I'm black. He asked for my identification and ran a check on me. Nothing came back. However when he spoke to my landlord and the white tenant who both had been yelling racial slurs at me and refusing to me enter the residence even though I was current on my rent he didn't ask either for identification. I wondered why? Why run me when I was the one who called and not the both of them? My landlord in fact was illegal. She was living in the U.S. under false papers. She had confided this to me. She had also been deported after doing six years in a Texas prison for drugs and she had returned. I didn't really care about any of this but I was furious at how the Hispanic officer treated me. Like this was 1930 and I was a slave calling the police on my master. This was wrong. Dallas is a bad city to be black. If you're poor. Your word doesn't stand up against white or Hispanics no matter how much proof you have. I was the one with no criminal record. The other two weren't black but they both had records...

Dallas Police Are Such Racist, Crooked Underhanded Punks. They keep flagging this review and it will continue to go up. I'm black. I called the Dallas Police on my racist hispanic landlord and another white tenant barring me from entering the residence (even though I was current on my rent) and shouting racial epithets. Dallas Police sent out a Hispanic police officer. I have a friend who is a police in another city and they told me that cops, in Texas, if you're black and the other party is non black, will usually take the other parties side. But I still called the cop. The cop demanded my ID but never demanded my Hispanic landlords ID or the other white man. I had no criminal record. My landlord was an illegal immigrant who had done six years in a Texas Prison for drug sales and who had been deported but she had returned and was working under a false identity. Once the hispanic cop came out he treated me horrible and was very abrasive towards me. I asked him why didn't he ID my hispanic landlord and he almost looked as if he would hit me. He then left. Dallas Police are awful.

Thank you for the information two officers gave me about my dog at least you listened the N.E.division didn't let me talk to a detective and didn't do anything but bully me and mock me I realize to some a dog being stolen is nothing but at least you officers have empathy and do know the law the police at N.E told me to have y'all handle it since you advised me thinking they were real funny even though I went a out the situation as police told me to I can't make them do thier thier jobs if I was thier mom or daughter it would have been handled accordingly but if a froghadwings......thank you anyway for your help maybe if I find 200 dollars I can get a lawyer to get my dog back

I was involved in a accident with a drunk driver, after i received half his information he try to get away when i mentioned i was going to call the police because he was intoxicated. I followed him while calling the police i was told "stop following him and pull up into the nearest gas station and call again" after i called again the operator lady just went off on me beacuse we didn't exchange information correctly. Like what was i supposed to do? It was my first car accident i didn't know what to do. Like she didn't even send a officer my way and let the drunk driver get away.
