I have been a client for 22 years. Auto and home. Allstate did not pay three claims in the history of 22 years which I felt were valid. I have had 7 claims total. Now they r charging me $600 for a 2008 F250 and a 2015 mustangs with my wife, son and myself. My son never had any claims. I'm not happy with my insurance anymore.

Never fails …. Every time I try to call and get info I ALWAYS GET THE VOICEMAIL…… no matter the time ….. and then when you do most of the time they are RUDE ! Or the phone rings and rings and they pick up and hang up . Looking to switch agencies only got 1star so I could leave the review

Giving this place 5 stars solely on the customer service provided by Guillermo. After many unresolved issues, Guillermo was the only one who listened and apologized even though he was at no fault. Because of this, I will continue my business with this agency.

Allstates quote "you are in good hands" I have damage to my house and was told that the verbiage was not properly said so allstate refuse to help. If I could not have home owners insurance I would never have gotten home owners insurance. Thank you so much. :)

Overall satisfied with Dan Brown Allstate Insurance. Has always been helpful. We have all our policies with them. I am not sure their rates are the lowest but feel like they provide a good service when we did have a need both on home and auto.
