HORRIBLE SERVICE & BREACH OF PATIENTS PRIVACY So unprofessional. Receptionist socialising behind the counter with a friend and both rolling their eyes at patients and threatening to call the police because I didn’t like the way I was treated. When I asked about the reason of the long wait, I was advised that I am being treated as a walk in because I arrived 14 minutes late, I questioned why I wasn’t advised that I am being treated as a walk in, receptionist response was that wasn’t her problem it is the GP issue, receptionist was unprofessional in her responses, rolling eyes at me, raised her voice and had a friend sitting next to her (not a staff member) who had ago at me as well while they aren’t in position to interfere with the situation. Missing a lot of customer service and professionalism, New owner Isuru Gamage unable to resolve problems. Very sad to see this place going down hill after solid history with Dr Taki & Dr Ali who were amazing support to my family for 13 years. Forgot to mention the BREACH OF PRIVACY I witnessed. When a non staff member was sitting behind reception desk and they can see and hear patients full names, addresses and medical records. So unprofessional.

Probably the worst experience I had with GP. Went to the clinic as it was the only one open and had a urgent medical issue. I was nervous and scared and asked doctor questions regarding my condition which the doctor scoffed and laughed off like it was nothing. After multiple attempts, I expressed my discomfort and advised that he should not take someones’ medical conditions lightly and joke about it even if he believed it is minor. At that he did not apologise, but continued being himself and argued. If I was here for a medical certificate, yes please laugh and joke but when someone is obviously concerned please mirror and empathise rather than saying something straight off google. I hope you learn from this and never treat anyone else like this. Disgusting and disappointing. After my appointment, I expressed my complaints to the doctor (directly) and the receptionist which they did not take seriously and told me leave and see someone else. Yes, a great way to go! Never wanted to come back so went to a different GP to get the same test done as they did not send my test to GP of my request. Poor service all around.

We took our 6 week old to this clinic to get antibiotics for an eye infection. Their temperature monitor then indicated that he had a fever of 38. The doctor tried 2 different monitors and changed the batteries in them twice, which leads me to believe even the doctor didn't trust their equipment. We were sent to emergency, where we got put in the Covid ward because of the baby's "temperature". The hospital then confirmed that he did not have a temperature, infacy at no point (even at check in) was his temperature anything but normal. When we got home from the hospital, our home temperature monitor also indicated that he doesn't have a temperature. You need to replace your equipment, because your false diagnosis is putting babies at further risk with the current covid pandemic.

I have been a patient at this clinic for a few years now Dr Kuga is a PHENOMENAL doctor, He provides a holistic approach to patient care and never dismisses concerns and or questions, also the AMAZING receptionist MINAAAAA is THE BEST! she goes above and beyond in her role at the clinic she upholds such professionalism and empathetic approach to anyone and everyone who attends the clinic, she is such a beautiful individual who doesn’t get enough credit for what she does, irrespective of how she gets treated and the extremities she faces being the face of the clinic she has such respectful behaviour and her customer service skills are outstanding I genuinely couldn’t praise her or doctor Kuga enough, my family would be lost without their unconditional care and support.

I've been coming to this clinic for a few years. My doctor is Dr Kareema Takki. Have always had a wonderful experience, she always takes good care of her patients and is very caring. I take my 4 year old daughter to her and she absolutely loves her. My mum also comes to see her. She's become our family doctor. They also have a wonderful nurse , Joanne is very gentle with taking blood and is great with kids. However I will say I went today to do a blood test unfortunately Joanne was with another patient so had someone by the name of Zaineb do my blood test, and she was absolutely terrible!!! My arm still hurts, and she wasn't friendly at all, just shoved the needle into my arm,felt such sharp pain. Never ever go to her. Next time definitely waiting for Joanne!

I rang this clinic today and been on there for an hour or more and on hold and then they just hang up, told me I have been placed in a queue and I am on the fourth waiting list, then 3 rd waiting list then 2nd waiting list then first waiting list and hang up!. I rang second Time again and was place on hold again for a long time I am the second in the queue this time and moved to first after 5 minutes on hold and guess again it got hang up. I checked the site opening hours and it says closed till next year? What kind of medical centre is this? At least leave a voicemail saying we are currently closed till next year. This will save time for patients been put on hold for hours and get hang up. Waste of time!

I needed a medical certificate for my daughter and I called them in the morning. They told me that the doctor will be calling me from 6-11pm . Doctor gave me 2 rings at 5.37pm which I happened to miss as I’m expecting a call from 6-11pm and then when I called back twice the receptionist said she will ensure the doctor will ring me shortly. Waited till midnight and no ring. Said they only have one doctor. If they can’t do it then they really shouldn’t promise . Super unreliable . Rang them again in the morning and receptionist said the same thing again. Hoping I’m able to get the 2 days Mc my daughter needs.

My toddler was in hysterics and seemingly in a lot of pain. The doctor didn’t take his temperature, didn’t touch him, didn’t examine anything. He put it down to my toddler acting out and misbehaving, and basically blamed my partner and I for allowing it to happen. We insisted that something was wrong and he told us to buy Movicol for potential constipation, but still didn’t physically check anything and he was sure we didn’t actually need it. He was right, we didn’t need it. We ended up in the emergency department a few hours later and after enough tests, they found a UTI. Parents - trust your instincts.

The only good thing about my appointment last night was the receptionist. This doctor told me I didn’t have a fever (I had a fever of 40 degrees and rigors when I got home) told me I should be be taking antibiotics (I took them for two weeks in October) said I should be wearing a mask in public basically shaming me for not wearing a mask. And to just take herbal reminders and cold and flu. I have never been more disappointed in a doctor or a facility that would let their doctors make the patient out to feel like they were wasting the doctors time.

My family and I have been attending this clinic since it first opened over 10 years ago now. We have always found all the reception staff, nurses, collectors and doctors friendly, polite and very approachable. In particular nurse Joanne has been absolutely amazing with my mum, I can't thank her enough Also Dr Kugar has been a God sent for our family. A brilliant doctor, very thorough, honest and helpful. A humble man and a beautiful soul. And as I've said to him many times "Bless you doctor"

Seen 3 different doctors here over the past 2 weeks first one was useless gave me something he shouldn’t have without an examination second was again useless the third one actually examined me Now I’m in hospital on emergency surgery list Have been going here for years will never step foot back in. If you are a doctor see to your patient not give them pills without examination and send them on there way I’m so angry! Not to mention the wasted money on meds.

My family & I have been attending this clinic for about 5 years and have always been happy. Dr. Taki is a great doctor! But the clinic says it’s open till 11pm but they never have any available appointments after hours my next available is in 5 days! Apparently they have no doctors available. It used to be a walk in but now it’s a struggle to be seen in the next few days. It says they open 8:30 but they won’t answer the phone till 9:30.

Hi everyone, Extremely disappointed with this Medical Centre…,over the phone receptionist said “ you can walk in ”when I been there said sorry actually doctor said no more walk in today, I request him but he said “don’t know” depending on Doctor what he told me So Please avoid this medical centre if you can. I feel it’s a business when pocket full they doesn’t care about you when empty they remind your appointments …!!! ‍♂️

So, next time could be you? Please avoid this medical centre if you can.

One of the good medical practices in South Morang. No issue getting appointments whenever required. The reception staff are always helpful and friendly. IMO, Dr Ehamparam Kugatheepan is an excellent doctor with the knowledge and expertise to diagnose and treat health problems with confidence. Plus good communication skills. I certainly give him 10/10.

This surgery used to be fantastic but in the last month alone I've had appointments canceled on me without notification, forms lost for blood tests, misinformation given about tests causing extremely long wait times..I could go on! **Edited to add we've had great appointments recently with Dr Panwar who I find extremely thorough

We've been frequenting these doctors for about 5 years now and over that time, cannot fault them. Yes they may run late, but without a doubt, any doctor will hear your concerns and take you seriously. All the staff are friendly in nature and will do their best to fit you in if they can. Appreciate their service very much.

Very Good Practice, Toys for the kids to play with, friendly family vibe about the place. Dr Taki & Dr Ali are both very thorough, experienced and friendly! Mostly stick with booking times with minimal delays, It does occur sometime when they are short on Drs or high number of walkins Highly recommend this practice!

Ive been seeing Dr. Kugatheepan for years now, he is very professional and always has time to listen, everytime i see him, i dont feel like he is rushing but always address my concern properly. The collector Lyn is also very good with her job and she is always pleasant. Nurse Joanne is very nice and efficient.

Dr Afsaneh Farshin, is my GP since 2016. She takes the time to listen and to make her patients feel valued and respected, treating others as she would want to be treated. I thank God often for her and wishing her more success in her career. Thank you Dr Farshin for who you are and for the brilliant GP you are.

Clinic that charge $1 for 1 mask. I have been attending this clinic for a long time now. Masks was not mandatory before. When I went for my covid vaccination yesterday receptionist made me pay $1 for 1 mask. I don't mind wearing a mask but the fact that they charge $1 for 1 mask is ridiculous.

Terribel place forgot Medicare card and was pushed to the back of the que even tho i had a appointment.....i was in absoulout aggony and theDr wouldn't see me even tho my husband left to go get the card.... discusting place puts money before paitents. Should be ashamed seriously!!!!!

Dr. Kugatheepan is the best doctor. He is very experienced doctor. Probably the best doctor in the whole melbourne. I am struggling with my injury but he is looking after me really well. He is very polite and kind as well. Thank you Doctor.....keep up the good work Buddy.

The worst service ever we received so far. They gave us a visit time at 10pm so we didn’t call anywhere else. At 9:30pm they called saying that they can’t make it. Our family were so sick and they didn’t even bother to apologise. Never go back.

I would sincerely like to thank Dr Kugatheepan for nailing my issue in my first visit, I was expecting puffers again but was given an ultrasound and found the issue ASAP, shows the doctors here fine tune into the patient, cheers...

Dr. Kugatheepan, whom we see here, is an excellent doc. We are very happy with the pathology ladies too, they are all really nice and friendly. The one who can do blood tests with almost zero pain is named Irene.

Honestly this is the best medical centre I have ever visited. The receptionists are so friendly and the doctors are so nice and professional as well. I never had to wait any longer then 30 minutes. Thank you

I want to make it clear that the ladies at reception are absolutely lovely and are great at their job. The same cannot be said for the doctors at this clinic. Especially the male Dr who I won't name.

Worst customer service lady was terrible on the phone, and she quoted "i dont care what you think" should be fired. Called 1pm 14th august 2023. Will never go back to this place again pathetic.

Very bad. Took appointment and waited for one hour still did not get a call to see the doctor. Had to leave and go to different clinic. Receptionist said if you cannot wait go to other clinic.

Worst experience i had . They made the sick kid to wait for an hour though i had an appointment. Thought requested the kid is sick they didn’t considered saying they cant do much

Dr’s are excellent ! However the waiting time is normally up to an hour. Receptionist are rude and unwelcoming, and don’t know how to resolve difficulties with customers.

Dr Ali is so cool and hes a great magician. I had a hell lot of acnes and due to his medications all of them disappeared like a magic!!! A big to Dr Ali …

Dr's always so nice here, been going there for years never been unhappy, great staff working all the time. Dr. Ali id my favourite very caring and helpful.

I have called the clinic on Saturday 14 January at 2:35 for an urgent matter, the recipient wasn’t co-operative and she was rude and hung up the phone.

Great clinic! Receptionist is so lovely over the phone and in person, saw the female doctor on duty who was thorough, professional and friendly.

I had the worst experience in this clinic especially with Dr" Karima taki" she's unrespectful NOT experienced I don't recommend this clinic.

You really need to fix your landline. You call and it hangs up.. if the phone line is bad divert it to mobiles
