Today I had the wonderful experience of getting my brand new levy jeans back looking worn and used. I was able to voice my opinion but not at the expense of being told there was nothing that can be done besides cutting off the unraveling threads or hold it for the owner to see. Mind you I'm being charged over $30 for jeans to be cleaned when they would have come out better had I thrown them in a dry cleaning bag in my own washing machine. I also was fortunate enough to speak with Tanisha who felt the need to lean over into my phone that was on my shoulder to tell the person I was speaking with she was 'sorry" for my friend mentioning her poor customer service skills. After having told her to back away from me several times, as she was literally inches away from me, she finally gave me a twenty percent discount after accusing me multiple time of wanting something for free. Needless to say, I won't be back and I'll be in touch with the owner and the BBB. Go to Kings dry cleaning. Their customer service is exceptional, prices are just right and they actually know how to stitch and CLEAN clothing without damaging it. Worst $28.xx I ever spent.

I’ve been a customer of Dandy since 1982. I leave in Gastonia but prior to retirement, I worked in Charlotte. I’ve used other cleaners in both cities and no one does it better than Dandy. Although I reside in Gastonia, I still drive to Dandy in Charlotte for “ALL” my cleaning and send my friends there too. I was a wardrobe consultant for JosABank Clothiers and folks would occasionally bring me a suit back that I had sold them stating there was something wrong with the material following a dry cleaning. It was the raw heat the cleaners they used during the pressing process on the wool. I would recommend taking it to Dandy and if their correct manner of cleaning could not correct the problem, I would replace the suit. Guess what??? I never had to replace any garments they took to Dandy. For any of your cleaning needs from clothing, to bedding to curtains and more, Dandy is the best.

The Freedom drive location, I’ve been going to that particular location since high school ( for many years ) I use to love taking my clothes there. Dandy Cleaners was the best cleaners in Charlotte, but since the evening crew has came a board. I hate going there. They’re extremely slow. Every single time I have to answer a series of personal questions before I can get my clothes, when all I want to do is pay, pick up for my clothes and leave. I pay for the service for it to be wrong,… The quality of service has declined. So I’ve decided to stop going all together.

$271 for 24 pieces of clothing mostly t-shirts. Y'all are the highest charging cleaners in Charlotte $8 to dry clean a t-shirts is crazy. Definitely won't be using y'all services never again nor recommend you to anyone back to the Asian lady on South Tryon smfh‍♂️‍♂️ …

I switched over to using Dandy when my other local dry cleaners was sold to Tide. Dandy does an incredible job, they are fast, efficient and fair. I also really love that they are locally owned and operated.

The Staff was very nice and Professional I took some Jeans in on a Wednesday and waa going to pick them up on Friday they was ready that same day. I'll be doing business again

Out of 7 years of dealing with DANDY, I personally have not had any issues!!! I was introduced to them by my brother, when I had to pick up or drop off things for him.

I would have liked a note about the grease stains and discoloration that I specifically asked about when I dropped off my item. That would have been 5 stars
