After securing a lender to buy my first home, I was in search of a helpful and knowledgeable realtor with nowhere to start. Worked with Daniels Real Estate Group on the sale of my first home. The entire experience went better than I could have imagined. Our realtor had buyers lined up for us so we were able to draw up terms relatively quickly without hassle. We never ran into an issue that DRG wasn't able to handle - and they handled everything with speed, accuracy and professionalism. Many realtors and builders are cutting corners these days, but Daniels Real Estate Group does not. That's what I appreciated the most. I highly recommend them whether you're buying or selling or investing.

I elected to have DRG facilitate the purchase of my property for an out of state relocation to the Carolina’s. In the height of COVID, DRG went above and beyond to find and secure a suitable property, provide virtual tours, worked around my limited availability, and in the end negotiated a conservative deal in the height of market inflation. It is not easy to work with an industry insider, you have balance not offending your seller as well as keeping your client (me) happy and DRG threaded that needle seamlessly. 10/10 I would highly recommend.
