Serves a range of great local wines from the Veneto from the demijohn - bring your own bottle or buy one of his. the wines are light, fruity and deliciously simple, and a litre costs just a few Euros. Ones to recommend include the Verduzzo dorato , a very dark white wine with a slightly ciderry, acid feel, and the Ancellotta - normally used for blending but on its own a pleasant and fruity red. Also sells more mainstream wines like Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Merlot etc from the demijohns. There are bottles of othervwines for sale - had a lovely little Ciliegiolo - and he sells artisan beer and two makes of his own grappa! For what it's worth, the grappa and Verduzzo go really well with a Fugasse from da Colussi a few hundred metres over the bridge on the right as you leave towards San Barnaba

Szczerze mówiąc delikatnie zbłądziliśmy wśród uliczek i trafiliśmy tutaj do pana Danilo. Prowadzi on sklep z winem własnej roboty. Żałujemy, że nie mogliśmy porozmawiać z właścicielem (nie mówi po angielsku). Pan Danilo bardzo miło objaśnił nam jakie ma wina w sprzedaży. Skusiliśmy się na winko z beczki, które kosztowało 5€ za 1,5l. Było to najlepsze wino, które piliśmy podczas całego pobytu w Wenecji. Niestety następnego dnia w niedzielę sklep był nieczynny. Z pewnością przy następnej wizycie będzie to miejsce obowiązkowe :)

Choix excellent de vino sfuso, nous sommes passé par hasard devant et sommes retourné chercher du vin le soir avant de rentrer a l'appartement. Nous avons pris un rosso et un bianco frizzante ( al litro ) tout deux vraiment très bons. Puis notre choix c'est porter sur un Glera et un vino Rosso liscio. Également excellents. L'acceuil est sympathique et agréable. La boutique facile a retrouver. Dommage que nous ne soyons pas plus proche pour venir régulièrement. Allez y les yeux fermés vous ne le regretterez pas.

We were lucky enough to meet Danilo’s grandson when we were there. 6 years ago we stayed a few meters away. This time we were in the same neighborhood. He was very helpful helping my wife choose a wine and put it into a lovely plastic container. But that’s what they do. They still have the same beer that I like and it was so also very reasonable. If you’re in Venice, and near the Dorsoduro , please check this out. It is magical. Just another reason to love Venice . Like you really need another one

Absolutely blew my mind away. The Elegance is in the warmth, lack of complications, cosiness and down to earth friendliness of the atmosphere, the owner and his day to day clients. The shop and the wines had aromas of friendship, care, devotion and dedication that filled the mouth, nose and soul in ways I never could have imagined. And by the way...I really really liked the place.

We stopped here for some vino sfuso while spending a few days in Venice. Wine straight out of the barrel into a plastic container to take away and drink at home. Amazing customer service and a fun way to experience something local. Very inexpensive, but good quality! Do it!

Such a cute wine shop! You can bring your own bottle and buy wine by the liter! They are so affordable and also tasty! If you would like, you can buy reusable bottles there or just buy the prepackaged wine in a regular bottles for souvenir or something.

Small wine shop selling its own winery's production, both in bulk (sfuso) and bottled. Two bottled varieties have a little barrel age on them. Those who like inexpensive young wine will find an excellent selection.

Vino a granel rico y muy bien de precio.. Botellas para regalar en estuche, vino embotellado..Nosotros repetimos y nos llevamos para la vuelta de casa.. El chico muy agradable!!
