Update: After 6 MONTHS I was reunited with my blazer. It is really unbelievable. The new manager, Elsa, was very apologetic, insisting that she only found out about the issue recently. They gave me the service for free (duh) and a $50 credit. I don't think I will be going back... but I decided to clarify here that it took long, but the issue was resolved. *********************************** Here I am again... the lack of responsiveness and action from this establishment has left me with no other choice. Before the summer, I entrusted them with my white linen blazer, and when I returned three weeks later to pick it up, it had mysteriously disappeared. I understand that mishaps can occur, and I was initially willing to be understanding about it. However, what followed has been a series of disappointments. I've visited this place three times already, each time hoping for a resolution, and each time I've been met with empty promises. They keep telling me they'll "contact the office" and "call me back," but it's now almost November, and I'm still waiting for that call. I'm left wondering how a business can operate with such a lack of urgency and responsibility. I'm sure they have insurance for issues like this, so what's the problem? It's been months, and my patience has worn thin. As a customer, I expected transparency and a commitment to resolving issues, especially when they are at fault. The ongoing silence and inaction are unacceptable. I sincerely hope that my experience serves as a wake-up call for this establishment to improve its customer service and communication. As of now, I can't recommend this place to anyone, and I'm still waiting for a resolution to this issue that should have been resolved months ago. i just picked up my dry cleaning to find my 17 shirts, coat and jacket so poorly dry cleaned and pressed. Most shirts were over ironed, collars damaged, stains not removed. Unbelievable. i write this post before i go back to show and complain to the owner. I expect a refund of almost 150 dollars. Seems to me the employees have no idea of fabrics and or proper procedures in dry cleaning. The absentee owner whom probably has a job elsewhere should either sell his place or work there full time. You should not trust this dry cleaner with any expensive clothing as rest assured they will damage it. As a result I will cease having them do my dry cleaning and try Lakeshore dry cleaners on donegani. It seems from reviews they can be trusted with your clothes. I will certainly post a review following my experience with this new dry cleaner hopefully will be positive. Daoust Dry cleaners on Saint Charles, Kirkland should be avoided .

Hands down the best service and best experience I've ever had. My family and I have been going to this dry-cleaner exclusively for more than 15 years and they've fixed the unfixable, done the impossible and suprised us everytime. I had a nice white sweatshirt that was washed with something red and it became pink, they fixed it and the print was saved. Really didn't expect that. A big thank you to Kevin and the team for the incredible service. Even more on the plus side is that this location is now eco-friendly! Love it!

they definitely go above and beyond. they are always smiling - they even remember my name when I come in. I also go in for alterations and the lady is so nice and works so fast! and they always give my clothes from alteration a press after which is such a nice bonus!! I highly recommend them. They are very friendly and professional :) nice going in seeing familiar happy faces:) Never had any complaints! They take pride in their business and it shows. Ill do the drive down just to go there for my clothes

If I could give 10 stars I would ! Kevin, you saved the day on Saturday for Alexandria and Alexander's wedding. The groom and five groomsmen fell into a swamp when the bridge that they were taking pictures on collapsed. They were up to their necks in dirty bog water. You took those six tuxedos at 3:30pm, started up all your equipment, and had all the tuxedos cleaned and pressed and looking as good as new by 5:15pm. You saved the day! Thank you so very much !

Kevin (The owner) is fantastic, friendly and -always- gets the job done fast and properly. Always great service from the him and the staff. I was reading the comments and was compelled to write a one describing all my great experiences going there for the past few years. I have to also mention that the seamstress is amazing and has helped me out quite a few times already working her magic on anything from my suits to holloween costumes. -Phil

J’ai utilisé ce nettoyeur pendant plusieurs années avec satisfaction mais en novembre dernier ils ont gâché 2 vestons et une blouse. Je pense que les vêtements ont été lavés et non nettoyés à sec. Les 2 vestons sont “fripés” et la blouse aussi. Le préposé à accepté de reprendre le nettoyage mais c’est juste un peu mieux, reste encore plusieurs plis sur les vêtements. Fuyez ce nettoyeur si vous tenez à avoir de beaux vêtements.

Went there today about 2:00 PM and the guy at the counter was a total Jerk. He was an overweight old white guy with white hair and just a terrible attitude, trying to pass off his bad mood as humour. He was downright insulting and should not be in customer service. I took my winter coat and went down the street to Rite Spot. Where they took care of me with politeness and a smile. I am done with this Daoust location!

Very professional team! Great location on my way to work. If you're looking to get away from spending your weekend hours folding clothes for your little ones and yourself, they offer a wash & fold service for that. Also I just tried the Super Whitening service for my shirts and they came back in the best shape I have seen them since the day I bought them. I highly recommend !

This location of Nettoyeur Daoust is, in our opinion, the best dry cleaner in the west-Island of Montreal. Kevin and his team are always courteous, professional and prompt. Prices are fair and the quality is excellent. We appreciate that this location uses environmentally-friendly equipment and we are grateful for the investment they made in this regard.

Daoust helped save our wedding day! Our bridal party fell in water and we thought the day was ruined. I made a call to the Daoust dry cleaner on st-Charles and they handled all our Tuxedos. In just a couple of hours they made it look like nothing had ever happened! If you need emergency dry cleaning, look no further! DAOUST gets it done.

I do not understand these 5-star reviews. The person who took my clothes was VERY unprofessional. He was constantly complaining and was pretty aggressive. I was shocked because of all the positive reviews. He did a decent job with the clothes, but I felt so uncomfortable that I would not come back here.

Great customer service! Got my husband's suit dry-cleaned and both our winter coats! The suit was nicely pressed and my old winter coat now looks puffier thanks to the equipment the store has which can help being back the fluffiness in down feather coats! Very satisfied customer …

Kevin and his team are top notch. Friendly, professional and always do a good job. Their on-site tailor is also fantastic. She did an excellent job customizing a couple of ski jackets I wanted to add extra pockets to.
