Reserved table 6pm,get there no table 6:15 seated at table 6:45 no waitress has come to the table takes to a manger she said I'm so sorry will send one right away 7:15 waitress finally shows up she got the drink orders 7 sodas,1 beer, 2 mix drinks 7:45 no drinks talk to a manger again waitress shows up with 5 of the 7 sodas we ordered 2sodas missing plus 3 drinks from the bar its 8:10 no missing drinks no food which was ordered same time as the drinks talk to a manger she goes to get drinks 8:30 no food has come yet which was ordered around 7:20 talk to manager again 9PM some of the food comes 4 people didn't receive there order including the birthday boy NO WAITRESS NO FOOD talk to manager again 9:15 waitress comes to table saying our ordered was looked over but there fixing it now 9:35 still no food birthday boy hungry talked to a manger again this the 3rd manger I've talk to waitress comes to table 9:45 no food asked for refills on 2 drinks waitress forgot food finally came with no refills it's 10pm Yes they comped my order and gave me 4 game cards I appreciate that but the whole experience it was not enough I was upset about my son not receiving his food for more than 2hours I was embarrassed because I invited guest 6pm-10pm DISASTER FIRST TIME AND LAST BIRTHDAY RUINED WITH A BUNCH OF CHAOS 0Stars

Our server started off slow. We then realized she was over worked. Taking care of an entire section on her own. During college football, on a Saturday. We waited a solid half hour for our food. 2 orders of chicken tenders and a grilled steak salad. Chicken was cold, dried out, breading mushy, yet the blue cheese with it was boiling hot, as though it sat under the warmer in the kitchen for a long period of time. The grilled steak salad was mushy as though it sat in the fridge all day, the steak was cold and rubbery. Not appealing. The manager did his job professionally and quickly. I made a simple complaint about the quality without making a scene. He removed the salad from the bill and fixed the chicken very quickly. Following that our server was available a little more and she was still professional! I applaud the staff for handling everything as they did. We'll be back. Maybe not on a Saturday night, but we'll be back.

Place is nice, clean and super fun. The food was excellent and the beer selection was fantastic. Great place to go before the saints game or during a night out. Just two things more would make it 5 star - it always seems like the staff doesn’t have a clear game plan, there are people just running about sometimes; and second, they have elevator trouble when they open before regular hours for events. We had to wait 20 minutes for a staff member with an elevator pass to come let us in on game day. Edit 11/7 - sad to say, this place has gone downhill and quickly. No clear organization, our seats were stolen while we played games, and the bartender and waitress fought over where we could sit. This was my last visit

Thank you for the free grape candy slushies; I really appreciate it after those machines stole all my coins. It's a great place for a photoshoot, very fun atmosphere. I don't like how a lot of the machines stopped giving out tickets. I think that is ridiculous considering how expensive it is already and the good prizes take years to get, as is. So why do this...? Confusing Any time I had a problem with a machine, I was able to get help though. Wednesdays = half off games so I only really go on Wednesday nights. It can be a nice quiet time to go, not too crowded!

The slowest bar tenders and servers. It always takes a really long time even when they aren't busy. We ordered an appetizer and entree . Even though the restaurant was dead it took 20 min to get a drink then we waited for the food. The appetizer never came. I could understand if they were slammed but that was not the case. It's like that everytime we go. The food is actually good but the service is terrible. The games are fun and make it worth going but your be better off eating before you come.

Horrible, Horrible, HORRIBLE! Cold burnt food and the service was worse. Overcharged us and still didn't get the order right. Waited for and hour for wings that we returned because the wete cold when we first got them and cold when we got them back an hour later. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND FOOD!

The kids enjoyed playing the games and that's the only good thing I can say about these nasty attitude nonfriendly people.

If I could give zero stars I would. Staff was extremely unfriendly, food was cold and the atmosphere in general was terrible. Staff member stood behind my husband and sons booth while we ate the waitress never asked how our food was and oddly enough they only had paper for the receipt we signed not showing us what we were being charged for. Hands down the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant. Staff shouldn't walk around vaping while working...When I asked to speak to a manger I was told they didn't have one working...

The wait staff is extremely slow with service. I think the manager/host really tries to go the extra mile. He was running around doing the most so much that he was sweating profusely. Too bad his staff doesn't feel the same way. Food is pricey but you get a decent portion. A huge variety of games and every once and a while the machine will charge your gamecard but the game won't register that you paid. I do like that they have decent prizes to trade your tickets in for.

Took my Godson here. We had fun playing games. Some games didn't work and I lost money on them. I did get refunded for one. It wasn't crowded, so was great. No waits on any games. We had lunch. Every American has heard of Dave and Busters if you've ever looked into an arcade. The closest one to me is in New Orleans so even though it's only 35 min away for me I have stayed away till today.
