Self service car wash
"Had my 1st self service car wash"
"This place was not what I expected at all"
"This establishment is misclassified as a "car wash""
"So great I just did it and $3 is minimum so I did $6"
"Total rip off I used quarters at the car wash but needed a few more minutes to finish up everything"
Had my 1st self service car wash. Been confused on how to stop the machine since i used card. Asked the lady in a car next in line and she just said that i just have to leave the bay. I left and do the drying of my car with chamois but had the second thought of checking if I really stopped the machine because the time was still running when i left and it will still be charged to my card. I went back and the lady was doing her car wash when i saw the time showing was still my washing time (it was 21minutes but she just started getting her car with soap) I interrupted her and she said she put coins on it but I insisted and showed her that the machine is now charging my card with $13 and it is still running. She stopped the machine and she inserted "again, as per her" coins and continue her washing. Poor lady, shes takes advantage from people whose trying to get help. Thank you to Erin (not sure if i spelled it correctly), the owner, who was taking my calls with all my inquiries on how to do self service car wash. She will really help you on your inquiries.
This place was not what I expected at all. From the $10 drive thru carwash (no dryer), to the pay-as-you-go vacuums. First off, the drive thru carwash is prepaid which I understand but to dry your vehicle you must pull into one of the self pay bays and pay extra for the dryer which was $3 for 4 minutes but had a $14.50 hold on any credit/debit card and takes up to 48 hours to credit back to your account. Tells you on the fine print but I just thought I'd warn you. Some might think it's a big deal. Next when attempting to put my debit card into the machine, it was clogged with tokens which someone obviously tried to use the cc slot instead of the token/coin slot. Who knows how long this has been out of order. So I moved over to the next bay and that cc processor was out of order also!! Then went to vacuum and that was out of order also!! I basically grabbed my own rags, dried my car and did the best I could without using any of their services. Nobody there to report any of the problems to. Won't be back here.
This establishment is misclassified as a "car wash". It should rather be called "car dirty". The automated machine, did a decent job of spraying water and foamy soap on the upper half of my Honda Accord, but from about the door handles down, it left lots of random dirt. After the wash I was surprised to discover there wasn't any drying mechanism. No blast of air, no wipers, nothing. My car drove off with water all over the top, as if it was just in a rain shower. Not wanting water spots, I searched for atleast paper towels or something to manually dry it off myself, but of course, none were to be found. I went to a nearby gas station and spent the next 30 minutes manually cleaning the car with a squeege and paper towels, and trying to rid new dirt I found the wash had sprayed upon it. This was a complete waste, and I encourage you to skip the hassle of dealing with this unfortunate place, and go to an actual car wash.
So great I just did it and $3 is minimum so I did $6.25 because I wanted to tip them a quarter…jk Not sure about vacuum because I had a dust buster so yeah if you want to go through each step rinse, soap brush, and blower, it was $6, but if you are smart and use quarters, I think you can get away with paying $5 depending on how nasty your vehicle’s exterior is and how efficient you and your assistants are handing off each task. Bring single with no children or family, life is often harder and tasks like this take longer to walk around the vehicle or even do other random stuff like making rational decisions. Oh well.
Total rip off I used quarters at the car wash but needed a few more minutes to finish up everything. So I put my credit card in to finish up cleaning the car I stopped the machine after it said $4.75 was spent and used on the card. Now I look at my account and it's being charged $14.75 now I try to call this place with no answer and the phone number isn't right listed as well as them having three different numbers. Total rip off and the customer service is horrible I would never and will never use this spot again and they better realize I'm getting my refund.
I used the automatic car wash and paid the $8 for the highest level wash since my car was pretty dirty. The top half of my car was clean but the bottom half was still dirty on all 4 sides. It also did not clean my hubcaps at all. In addition it leaves the car wet so I had to dry it with paper towels I had in my car. I wound up taking it to another car wash the next day. It would pay $4 or $5 for this wash but feel $8 is a little high when I can pay that for a automatic car wash that washes, dries, and leaves my car clean.
I pulled in several weeks ago to wash and vacuum my truck. An older gentleman who claimed to work there storm's up to me, asking me what do you think you're doing. Told him my plans and he said that I came through in the wrong direction. Not only was I not in the wrong direction, but I've been going here for years and have done it the same way, as have everyone else I see who goes there. The guy cursed at me, to which I was happy to leave and give my business to another establishment.
This car wash was very easy to use however the spot free rinse did not leave my car spot free. The power dryer was also very weak in the second stall that I used. Because of that I felt that it took me alot longer to dry which means your charged more (I used my debit card rather than cash). Maybe it was just the stall I used? I ended up having to go to another car wash after. I am up in the air if I will return here again but I can see why other might like using it.
Machines are always broken. Countless times where the machine has taken my money, I go to use it and it’s completely broken, unusable, etc. Dirty to the utmost. Trash cans are always overfilling and large pieces of trash are left there. Avoid at all cost! Also it’s about to a month since I’ve used this awful place and the $14.75 pending charge is still on my account. FYI.. people write reviews when nothing has been done by the business to rectify the situation!
It was pretty nice, but there is room for improvement though. For the"Do-It-Yourself car wash, where they only give you 3 to 4 minutes to do your scrubdown and everything, you should be given 5 to 10 minutes to do your scrubdown, or if you're going to wash your vehicle yourself. This especially if you're going to take it through the Automatic Car Wash part, where you stay in your car, and the machine washes your car for you.
Worst ever! The other day I used the hand wash bay, and used my credit card...ended up paying almost $20 for a car wash! Today I had bird poo all over my car so I decided to give in and try the drive through bay. Paid $7 and all it did was rinse my car twice. NO SOAP NO SCRUB NO DRYER. Now I have tonfimd another place to finish cleaning my car! VERY FRUSTRATED!
I do not like this place! First I place my $2.00 tokens in the machine so I can wash it my self. That didn't work so I tried to use 2 one dollar bills. thaat didn't work. I had to use my credit card and it charged me an additional 3.50 to hand wash my car. This ifs the 2nd time it has happened. FORWARNING IF YOU USE YOU CRDIT CARD YOU WILL GET SCREWED.
I've used this car wash several times. Each time I have been there, all of the utensils work properly. The water pressure is good, and there are lots of suds in the scrubbing mode. The only thing that could be better is that the entrance to the bays is a bit narrow and irksome. Other than that, I am happy with this car wash.
This place used to be pretty good. But it has gone downhill over the last 2 years. There is always at least one thing out of order in the DIY bays. And even if they are working, it's barely. Some of the products seem watered down or takes forever to turn on as the seconds count down. I won't be going back anytime soon.
Never go here spent 10.00 washed my car then did spot free rinse and my whole car was white dotted from the wash it was completely covered in white dots had to bring it to a car wash and spend 40.00 to hand wash it... I wash my car alot and trust me this never happens to your car elsewhere
Vacuums had good suction. Soap in car wash weird. Not mixed with water, just splits on the car and didn't clean that well. Plenty of cleaning gadgets. The metal bars supporting all the hoses on the ceiling kept getting entertwined while trying to use timed car wash. Convenient.
3 out of 4 times here, the equipment doesn't work. Either won't accept card, or takes it and no water flows. Lost $$ trying to get it to work. This is beyond frustrating. I kept coming back thinking somebody would fix this stuff, but no luck. Never again. Stay away.
Love this place the neighbors might not so much with the 24 hr availability, but I have had a few late night washes here when I worked with ride share companies. There bays are always clean there equipment always works and they have three convenient ways to pay.
Cost per minute is outrageous as compared to other locations. Small spots for pickup trucks. Foam brush is half destroyed and spits out 1000x more soap then needed so you get splashed while trying to wash your truck. Left soaking wet. Not reccomended.
This car wash has everything you need! Vacuums and scent sprays when you first pull in. Both hand-wash and and drive-thru bays. I always use the hand-wash. The amount of soap that comes out of the foam brush is awesome. I also really enjoy
$1 for 3 minutes of very powerful vacuum was worth it. The vacuum with vanilla smell ($1 for 40seconds) did not work at all: no smell, no vacuum... I went at 7pm. There is no light at all in the vacuum area so it was really hard to see
This place is pretty decent when it comes to self-service car washes. The equipment and machines are fairly new and it's maintained pretty well. It's 24 hours too, which was great when I was doing Uber Eats late nights.
Used this place for the first time. Washed for just over 2 min. Pressed the stop button. Screen said it would charge me $2.25. My card has a $14 charge! How did a $3 car wash go to 14? Will not be returning.
About 4 manual wash stations and one drive through. Each one has a vacuum cleaner at the end which only takes 1 or 5 $ bills or quarters. There are usually enough free washers that no wait is necessary.
Works okay if you ask me. I really only use the water jet, soap and tri-polish and works fine. I wouldn't dare using the brush though. Vacuums are a little weak but still okay to clean up properly
For the price worth a self serve wash. Currently accepting cards only. They do have a cash to wash card option but the machine wasn't working/couldn't see the screen and didn't accept my 20.
Had to use my credit card as the coin machine was down. Just selected a rinse and later got charged almost $15 USD. Don't worry after a few business days the correct amount will show …
No complaints, came here, washed the car real quick, used a spot-free rinse, got out under $5 and the car is clean, self dried on the highway. And I could use my credit card
Tried the $7 wash and it didn't even get the dirt off. I wiped it off with my finger after I pulled out of the bay. Worst carwash I have ever had. Will not use again.
one of the few self service washes where all of the soap and water selections actually work. you can use card or quarters here. they also have an automatic car wash.
I liked the credit card payment option. Allowed me to wash my van without running back to put coins every few minutes. Also there was no line at all.
Zero suction in these vacuums. I've talked to owner twice and he promised a voucher both times but they never come. This place is a waste of time.
It was an okay car wash. There was no Soap for the high pressure. Water pressure not the worst but not great. Not really spot free rinse either.
1$ for about 3 minutes of vacuum and $3 to start the self car wash. Better to go into a drive in car wash for this price and use the free vacuum
Can only imagine how greasy and rat like the owner of this place is. Straight up stole $8 to wash one half of the car. Report this thief.
My wife uses this car wash it seems like an adequate car wash a little bit grungy but gets the job done and its not super creepy.... LOL
Good convenient location. Decent priced the norm is 3$ to start as most places do the same. Has a blow dry option which I appreciate.
One of the only Razor, brushless washes in san diego, does a decent job for cars that are not very dirty but wont scratch your paint
4 different charges after paying for one car wash. The 25th of this month will be one month since I used their "services" scammers!
Chose to either wash your car yourself or drive it through the automatic car wash. Self serve is tall enough for a rv 11 ft. Tall.
Worst experience. Zero suction from the vacuum. Left the car as dirty as when I stated. Fragrance didn't work. Will not return.
Good spraying power and wash products as well as blow dryer feature 5 bays one is drive through. takes card no sink or wringer
I have nothing bad To say, except their should be a visable Number And address, To call if you lose money. That i agree with.
This car wash was ok the hoses leaked a bit and got my pants all wet and the blower that dries your car didnt work too well
No drying service and overpriced for towels this place left me with more work left then expected thumbs down never again.
First time here was in the area, the spot free rinse on the self serve must been out cause it left spots all over my car
Wash your own or let the automatic machine do it. Plenty of parking afterwards for no stress detailing of my car.
Durty rats!!! System began with 3 dlls, if you only need one minute you are fuc.. you need add another 3 dlls
Excellent price, quick service, job well-done...all you can ask for in your friendly neighborhood car wash.
Very nice set up. Good amentitys and options to choose from for any car wash needs. Definitely recommend!
4 hand wash stations and 1 automatic brushless car wash station. The automatic wash doesn't have a dryer.
Only positive thing is that it's open 24 hours- otherwise not too pleased with the selection of soap/wax
Overall good experience. I had a little issue with some of the vacuum hoses but overall pretty good.
Something is always not working at this place and now they are requiring you to pay for their cards.
They have automatic wash and hand wash. Automatic one is ok, but not the best. Pretty cheap though.
Cheap enough. Had to switch stalls, as the first one I pulled into had a jammed credit card slot.
Our RV fit! It was a little difficult managing the hoses, but totally doable! 11’ tall, 25’ long
yes pretty bad i will say all the machines are in very bad shape and almost non excepting cc
The prices range from $6-$8. It was fast and effective! Definitely what I was looking for!
None of the wash bays are operating. All have homemade signs “Out of Service”.
A great place to vacuum your car and wash your car and get back on the road.
Knobs on the selection dial were different than what thr selection said
I ALWAYS go here to wash my car. Its cheap and easy! Just like me...
Excellent self service wash. Fair prices. Would recommend highly!
Nice and clean place to wash you car, lots of space for drying.
this place is crazy, i cant believe its busy at 3 am... lol
Automatic wash bay did not read my card. All else worked.
Vacuum doesn't even work at all zero suction. Lost money
I have been using this place since 1983. Very convenient
Was nice to find a car wash that's completely touchless
So nice! I could have stayed all day... And all night!
Terribly managed every thing is broken and overpriced
Vacuum ate my money and no one is on site to help.
Machines will take your money and not apply it.
Maravilloso no ay excusa para no lavar el carro
No description of what you get for your money.
Very good place next time I will come again
Good nice and clean i will be using again
People need to clean up after themselves.
