Went in to get my fingerprints done as required for my Visa. The first attempt was at 5:30pm after work and was told that they only do fingerprints between 10am - 3pm. Perfectly reasonable (although very difficult for anyone who is working a 9-5). I came in the very next day at 1:30pm during my lunch break. And was told by the officer that they weren't doing them at that time and I could wait an hour or come back another time. As I was explaining to him I can't take more time off work and had been told these hours were when I could get my prints done. The ancient receptionist was yelling from her desk at the back of the office that "I could sit down and wait and that's that." Basically speaking to me as if I was a criminal asking to be released early...she clearly was having a bad day but to be spoken to in such a way when I was having a simple conversation with the officer is not ok. She needs to be fired or spoken to regarding her demeanour and how to speak to people. Avoid this station at all costs!

Hi just like to say i had a great time with u guys on new years eve i was in cosplay i finnished working at a games arvo so i was celebrating as master chief from halo, and i approached u guys to ask is it ok to wear helmet still as its an id issue and u guys asked me its best to take off but threre was more than 50 people wanting to take photo so they let put helmet on than more people wanted photo so they laughed and me and the officers shook hands and gave 5s and i was ok to keep on bcos probably i was the only 7ft cosplayer haha so i didnt abuse the privilege and in the end i hade more than 200 people with me and dancing with me all the way to wynard it was great i was great i made the peoples night great it was a fantastic 2018 so officers thank u for being true officers and now i feel more comfortable to bring ironman and optimis prime to the city

Very unhelpful service . I was scammed a few weeks ago and spoke to one of the detectives at the station . He gave me the wrong advice on a legal matter which I am held accountable for. Thus I need to open a case which they refused to do because I am not considered a "victim". They didn't try and help me find the detective that I spoke to on that day and gave me a absolutely useless pamphlet about how not to get scammed. I advice someone to go to another nearby police station for better service . Cause the police officers I spoke to today tried to do the bare minimum to help someone in need . It's an absolute mess there .

Wow~ Are u still believe police will be protect you? My answer r No. They will fellow money! When i need their fair justice. They be rude to me. And even put me in jail. What the hell? got my phone stolen from hungry jacks yesterday, went to the station to report it. The officer interrupted me in between and said it would take 30 to 40 mins to right the complaint or i could report it on the phone anytime. i personally felt that he was just trying to avoid the paperwork (heard stories before) or the case wasn't really that important to him, it was just a phone. but it was STOLEN and that's a criminal offence.

The entire process from complaint to providing a statement was handled in a professional manner and promptly. So unacceptable. No one was there to listen us. Police were returning just by giving us a look. Some of them were gossipping outside but didn't came to help. Police themselves are racist what can we expect from others. And finally after 20 min one officer came and gave us the number. It's stupidity to think that Australian Police will help us international immigrants

What exactly do you teach these people? It seems somwhere along the line they have forgotten that they are public servants, and not tools of subjugation. Worse service experienced for this police station. If anyone wants to certify any document this is the last place you want to go. I wanted to certify some documents from this police station on but they refused to do it. However my local police ( Blacktown police ) certified my paper for me. Absolutely, racist.

Recently came in to report identity fraud and was given a form and sent home. The form was wrrong and honestly the behavior of the officer was quite uninterested and bored. I will go to another station and hopefully get an officer that cares and still likes their job

My most basic human rights were violated—— not allowed to eat, take medication, have something to keep warm, accessing medical support or talking to a lawyer after arresting me for something I did not do. As a result, I decided to end my life the next day.

Reception is nice. However, as usual. Police say they can't help me unless i get hurt/killed or have evidences. What a joke. How I suppose feel safe in this society by police protection. I should never even bother to come to think about trust the system.

My concerns were taken very seriously and I was given advice on how to keep myself safe. I really appreciated the care shown by the officer on duty that day. It really lifted my spirits and put my faith back into the police services. Thank you so much.

The rudeness and violence the male police officers displayed was extremely inappropriate towards an innocent citizen who was suffering from severe mental illness. Do they get unlimited fundings from our tax just so they can harass us in return?

Helpfully in the part of the CBD where most of the crimes happen...near the 24 hours Macca's (with its 24 hour internet cafe full of pedophiles and "Westie" yobbo's) and the pubs that dont seem to grasp RSA laws are there for a reason

I was scammed and tried to file for a report. The police officer asked, "what do you expect us to do for you?" And then gave me the wrong directions of what to do then sent me off. Aren't policemen supposed to protect the people?

The police officer that we talked to he was polite, friendly and calm. The old public servant lady with the glasses. Was rude, loud and obnoxious and not helpful at all. And also no one was wearing a face mask.

Went there to report 2 crimes against me. The cheeky little swine at the front desk ran a check on ME as if I were a criminal myself! Not good enough.

Called up about using the JP service and Kate was fantastic. Very helpful in trying to help me locate one as they didn't have a JP anymore.
