It’s a very spacious gym with lots of equipment though most of them are quite old and needs to be replaced, most especially the treadmills, dumbbells and the 2 multi-purpose machines. Before I forget, Felicia, one of the receptionist there is one of the best in Ghana. She knows what quality customer service is all about, a thing largely lacking in Ghana.

It's my gym currently... Nothing but good words though it gets awfully overcrowded at peak hours... Minimal upgrades too
