Pathetic experience. Waterproofing solution dint even last for a single day. Reaching out to the entire team since 2 years now, no response even during warranty term. Horrible experience with unprofessional staff. ADDED RESPONSE: Exactly the insincere behavior that I am complaining about sir. I only received messages that your team will contact me to resolve my issue, but nobody ever came. They only delayed and ignored it but never visited the site again. Irresponsive staff not turning up at all. Think about it: if the problem had been on my end, I would not have been doing so many efforts to reach out to your team in all possible ways. I hoped at least after this review they would visit the site but yet again they say and do not do or provide the falsely claimed warranty service that you offer.

Deccan clap team have been very professional in planning and executing our flat painting work .
