I booked an apartment on rent at East end apartments using their services. My experience with them is completely pathetic. I wanted to book on bank lease. They took more than 3 weeks in creating rent agreement. The rent agreement was not approved by bank as the address mentioned on electricity bill and Rent agreement was different. They dont even know how to create a sale agreement properly. They wasted my 3 weeks and because of their unprofessional attitude we are now forced not to avail their pathetic services. For the last 3 weeks I kept on asking them to provide draft copy of rent agreement and electricity bill copy so that we can get things corrected in case of issues but they didn't provide and at last moment we had to cancel the deal. I would request not to avail their pathetic services and be alert from them.

Please do not approach Umesh Gupta and Deepa Gupta for any properties (rent/buy) in Eastend Appartments, Mayur Vihar Phase 1. First they promise you that everything will done before you shift to the Eastend Apartment but nothing will be done when finally you come to your languages/goods. Both husband and wife are not professional. At the end, they will give you full assurance that will give you the security money your security money when you submit all bills (electricity, gas, maintenance) to them when you leave the society but this is a false assurance. Once they get all bills and key of the flat then they tell you to contact flat owner directly. They are liar. I request whoever looking for a flat in Eastend Apartment, please do not go to them.

She was extremely professional and knowledgeable, making the process easy and stress-free. She was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and she went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our purchase. We will be using her again in the future!

Pathetic people (dealer) have pathetic and unprofessional services. There are few more dealers around the Eastend Apartments gate. use their services rather taking services to these liars.
