Hired a cab for 6 days trip to Haridwar, Rishikesh, Dehradun & Musoorie. First of all Deepak was very transparent and helpful, he suggested the tour plans, vehicle, tariff etc. Vehicle was just 2 months old, sufficient for 6 people plus our luggages, his driver was prompt in calling us as soon as we landed in Delhi Airport and was with us for 6 days until dropping us at the airport. He was professional and polite in terms of his behavior. Overall, it was a great experience and highly recommended for anyone looking for a cab in this area. Just couple things to keep in mind is share your complete tour plan/itinerary along with your accommodation plan with Deepak in advance instead of planning something on the fly, they are flexible to certain extent however do not appreciate frequent change in plans which is understandable, also it is recommended to hire rickshaws/autos where it is difficult to drive cars, so plan accordingly to avoid disappointments.

I was searching for cab services in Delhi and found this lisiting on Google. My first interaction with Deepak was very professional and positive. I instantly booked the services to Agra. I am glad Deepak himself received us from the airport. The cab was in excellent condition and very neat and clean. Deepak guided us throughout the trip. He took us to visit the Taj Mahal, some nice eateries around and dropped us back to Delhi. He is not a commercial person and his focus is always on providing great experience and service to the tourists. I will always rely on Deepak for any services required in Delhi and other cities of North. I honestly felt like o was with a family member who was showing me around in Agra and Delhi. Highly recommend!!! Very good service! We were traveling to the north of India, and Deepak organized our journey to there and there were no problems at all. The cars are clean and drivers are professional they speak english and can explain things to you or even make excursion. You can also choose the car size depending how much luggage you have or people there are. He always gonna pick you from the airport at any time you need and will take to any place you want to. Price is acceptable and very fair. However our first time in India and it was very trustable journey with Deepak servirce. Don't forget to tip the drivers couse they doing the best to make your journey great!

I had availed the services of Deepak Taxi Services in December 2021. I found the Sedan provided by him neat and clean and on par with fleet taxi providers in Delhi. Secondly the cab's chauffer Mr Bindeshwari Singj was an extremely jovial, accommodating and service-oriented. For those who are "cost-conscious", the rates are very decent and works well for a full day package. In fact, this very good for those who have work in Delhi and are camped / staying in Aerocity. I got to know of this service through Google and the business listing. I definitely have this now as my first preference of ground transportation in New Delhi for work.

This man is the biggest fraud. You book with him taxi and they will send someone else and other taxi driver will fight with you leave your on the way after taking money. Never ever book with this man. He is himself a driver and will go to the place where he gets more money will keep you waiting liar and send another cab third class without ac and would say do whatever want to do. Be careful while you book with him he has only one taxi and moving others to your place after taking advance and you are not going to get that money return. I think he has paid reviews all fake...don't fall prey to his fake reviews..

Taj Mahal trip was exciting with Deepak. He picked me up at the hotel on time and drove straight to Agra. No delays, everything was smooth. He provided a good tour guide in Agra that showed me Taj Mahal and described the history of the place in good English. He told me some interesting facts and stories about the place. At the end, we visited couple shops where I bought a few things. The drive back was smooth and enjoyable. We talked about cars and local traditions. It was an excellent trip overall.
