Written on behalf of a elderly family member who does not use the internet. my grandad was so let down and mistreated he asked me to do this review. he had 2 jobs they needed done a tractor service and a inspect and quote on new belts for their ride on. they were given a price over the phone, they accepted. service went ok but after looking at the ride on for no less than 10 minutes they were told "not worth it" (the wife was watching from afar) now all good and well until my grandfather got home to the bill that was left, which was far larger than accepted over the phone. when questioned about it "GST was not factored" and "the ride on required a good clean before was able to inspect" which was a blatant lie as it was cleaned after the belt failed. (also note they were charged a full hour labour to inspect the ride on) To all of these claims they were told to pay up or will receive a call from a lawyer? the calls got hostile and my grandad paid the bill and is done with it (ride on taken to a local hire yard to be fixed) now i have left this without dates, addresses and names of peoples to spare my grandfather any more phone calls, but remember this, bad news travels faster than good news and cockatoo is a small close Knit town

Mark is a life saver. Moving house this weekend and our primary car broke down suddenly on a Friday night. Had the RACV come and couldn't do anything except tow the car. Found Mark and called him late Saturday afternoon, in a couple of hours he had picked up the part & installed it and we were back on the road. Without his help we were looking at the car being in a shop for the week which would of caused nightmares for us. Thanks again Mark absolute legend, highly recommend.

I am so pleased with the service Mark has provided after having my car almost stall on the way to work. He found the problem in less than 5 minutes and was able to fix my car on the spot. Mark was also able to inform me whether the amount would fit my budget, which it certainly did. He was friendly, honest and explained everything very clearly. Mark was a life saver today. I urgently needed a new car battery & he organised a new battery & fitted it for me within an hour of calling him. Absolutely fantastic. Needed a regulator replaced on my Mercedes. Already had the part bought and just needed old one replaced and new one installed. He came out the next day and managed to do it all nice and cleanly. Window works beautiful and car was good as new. Thank you very much.
