2008 FORD EDGE Poor Work Quality I had issues with my engine water pump and timing chain. They had to bring down the engine for the repairs. When I picked up and drove home, I noticed it didnt sound right. I popped up the hood to find vacuum hoses were not connected, coolant return hose wasnt fasten and battery wasnt bolted, the AC wasnt working and the steering wheel is not centered. I checked with them and they told me to get AC recharge and alignment for the wheel which they dont do. Extra cost for me to get my A/C recharge and alignment done. Problems that were not there when I took the car in.

It's my first time I visited this workshop with mu Volvo xc90 having an auto hold brake issue. The dealership quoted me $1800 , asking me to replace the rear brake harness cable. Shahzad, the owner of the workshop, examined the issue and fixed it in just 30 mins, and I just paid $ 65. My car has been running very well now for the past 1 week. He is really an awesome person and professional tech. Great at fixing European cars, especially. I would highly recommend him. By the way, I have said goodbye to my volvo dealership as they are just ripping off people.

I’ve seen this place for over a decade. The pro is that their prices and quality of work are reasonable. The downside is that there is severe lack of customer service. They over stretch their schedule until it’s a chaos and everyone is running around in a panic. You can’t find a human to talk to and if you do its very brief or borderline rude. Now, assuming you booked some time with someone, you’ll find those timelines never honoured. With that significant issue, I find myself coming to this place less often. Hopefully they work on this.

Shazad - ur the best , such a patience person and always keep smiling with customer though is he super busy.. My experience- i went for AC issue for VW tiguan 2011 - he diagnosed and problem with compressor after changing the compressor still the issue persist, but the way his diagnosis was awesome with spontaneous taughts ,there was an issue in mechanical wiring finally he fixed it even after closing time for more than 3 hours.. Hatsoff to entire team member and many many thanks to shezad you are genius.!!!

I have to choose 1 star coz there in nothing less than 1. I took some time off to drop car and on arrival owner mentioned he cant work on it today. When i asked, owner mentioned "IT IS NORMAL FOR US TO CANCEL APPOINTMENT ON ARRIVAL". Without even asking me he set me up for Wednesday morning and when i mentioned i have work on Wednesday then his response was "Take your car somewhere else" He did show any regression for calling me in and sending me back without doing any work.

I highly recommend Delta Auto Repair! They were all very professional, extremely helpful, fast and have great prices. I called in to ask for wheel bearing change and they asked me a few questions and told me to bring it in with no further questions asked. I had also mentioned to them that I would need to drop off the vehicle before shop opening hours and they accommodated. Thanks guys, great customer service, appreciate it.

Recently I have work done on my car and it was rip off later I checked with dealership it was only $40 cheap do not go this place. They have only one licensed mechanic rest are just people from street. My friend also told me While ago he had some brake work done and they broke one of the wheel nut stud and never told him later he has to get it done from other place and he said he never went back to that place .

I've been taking my vechicles to Shaz for the past 15 years and I can confirm that he's a top tier car enthusiast. Shaz's ability to diagnose issues over the phone are impeccable. His knowlede on vehicles, especially German made, you won't find anywhere else in Calgary. I highly recommend you to go see him at Delta Auto- high end cars or otherwise.

Honesty is what they stand by. I learned about Shaz and his team at Delta Auto about two years ago and now I tell all my friends and family to go to them. Been here for as little as tire swaps and oil changes to a transfer case replacement for my Murano. Never disappointed, what you ask for is what you truly get here.

I would recommend this shop to everyone there very professional they take befour and after pics of all there work and send you the pics and there prices are the best I could find and the quality of work is amazing I was so impressed with the work done on my BMW and the service was amazing

I've been coming to this place for 10+ years. Problems have mostly been solved. However, finding time with mechanic is impossible (possibly 30 min standing around) and I don't find their prices competitive anymore. When I know the labour involved I go elsewhere. When I don't, I come here.

They worked on my BMW e46 and got it repaired at less than half the cost of other indy shops. These guys can get the work done and done well. Be patient and understand they are not machines. What they are, are very good mechanics that will do their best to keep you happy.

Delta auto 1997 is the best work shop in all of Calgary. Their rates are very affordable. Hamid and Shaz are very honest people and you can trust that they won’t rip you off. They know how to fix just about anything including engine swaps. Keep up the great work!

The people are excellent and honest. Work quality very good prize is reasonable. I am using this repairing shop for last 14 years. Tauseef and Shehzad -they are two brother are vast knowledgeable and amazing personnel. I highly recommend this auto repairing shop.

Extremely poor customer services. Called them many times and only one time was able to speak to a guy Shahzad who didn't provide me a quote over the phone and hung up the call like I was not serious and just wasting his time. I'll never call them again.
