TERRIBLE!!!!! They like to cheat on tourists, charging you more than what printed into your receipt! 320lek was my bill. Waiter took the liberty to take 180 lek more and apparently i cannot do anything. I just stopped by for water,coffee and toast. 20 minutes of sitting quiet at the very corner minding my own business then there he was , stealing 180 infeont of me! CHEATS!!!
