It's the worst place to shop I would not recommend anyone shopping here. I bought a car battery from this store and the seller told me it was working. when I tried it I found it's not working, so when I asked to refund me, he refused and started making excuses. However I bought the seller to try it by his own self on my car, and actually he found it does not work. And still he refused reimbursing me. His dealing way with costumer was very bad and I would not recommend anyone to buy from this place.

Bought 10 dvds 4 were unusable all but 2had scratches. I said I could not look at the dvds because they keep them separate from the case's. The young man said no problem I'll make sure when I put them back into their cases that everything was good. My fault partially because I should have insisted. Still not the store for me. A person's word is becoming so hard to trust in now. Now I'm the old man "back in my day". Hope this is helpful.

All aces in my book. Staff have always been friendly and helpful, and they get a good variety of guitars coming through, in a wide array of price range, which keeps me coming back. In fact, my last two guitar buys were my 18th and 19th from Deno's. No end in sight! :D oh, and don't forget to bring tacos for Nancy.

There was an incident with my mentally ill son. In trying to resolve it I found the man I spoke to to be rude, angry, dismissive and ignorant. I appreciate the harshness of his reality but his actions and attitude towards me was completely unprofessional and unwarranted. Poor problem solving skills

Location is good. Parking is available on the street. I didn't see any dedicated parking. You may have to walk little bit sometimes from street parking to store. I couldn't find much of option of instruments. Customer service was not bad.

Total scam. No price's on some items. Goes to ebay for pricing. Price of item Not for what it sold for on ebay, but the asking price. Rip off. I will never shop there again.

Great place, amazing deals, and great staff. Management is a women which is so nice to see. Would recommend. Parking is available in the back at the Sherbrook Inn.

Small pawn shop specializing in dvd/blu-ray movies, guitars and used power tools. Not a lot of selection in used video games like PS3, X-Box360.

Archery equipment, 21 speed bikes, power tools and hundreds of DVD games and movies. But go there for the musical instruments. Recommended.
