My first appointment with Dr Krishna was amazing so I decided to book in another with someone else to see how they all are. I booked my appointment with Elijah at Marayong. Somehow my appointment was changed to another dentist for my filling without notifying me at all. I never wanted to booked in with Dr Samita. Before arrival I was sent a notification that the dentist has pushed my appointment back 10min. I arrived at 11:30 so my appointment would then push forward to 11:40. At 12pm the lady came out and told me if I can wait another 10-15min. It was quite pushing it. So I agreed to wait. 15min had passed and still waiting. I'm running out of time and feeling uneasy about it all, I can be patient but something doesn't sit right here. So I requested to cancelled and refund so I can book another appointment with someone else. They then told me they're polishing the patient and if I can wait another 5-10min. I said ah no, you guys told me to wait 10-15min at 12pm. If I wait another 5-10, I've been waiting for 1 hour. And you guys keep pushing the time forward with no guarantee when you will see me. Not acceptable. They agreed to cancelled and refund to received credit in my app so I can book another appointment. I've waited a week to get this done and now I don't think I can find anyone sooner. I'm trying to book in another appointment asap but still had not received the $99 credit and I can't even book in another appointment for the same procedure for my top 2nd molar that was cancelled and never completed in my app.

Had an appointment today with Dr Radhika . she was so friendly and professional. I had 1x filling , Xray & cleaning took just a little over an hour which was great and she talked me through everything afterwards. 10 minutes after it was all finished I had all the important information for future appointments & photos on my app which is very clever and useful. The app is so easy to book and use! They did such a great job on my teeth no dramas. Lucky I had xray otherwise I wouldnt of known what my wisdom teeth were getting up to . But let's not forget . THE PRICE! AMAZING! nobody wants those dental bills over $200/$300 and your out of pocket or can't afford to fix your teeth which important (especially covid time). $99 for filling and $99 for clean & xray and you can pay with AFTERPAY which is even better if you have weekly/fortnightly budgets and can't afford it in one go . I'm extremely happy and my anxiety is no where to be seen lol They clinic was very new, modern & clean. Easy to get to just opposite of marayong station ! Thank you Dental 99 ! And Dr Radhika! This was my second visit to a dentist since I came to Australia. The first time I went to dentist they charged heaps and just did x ray and only informed me about the problem. I never went back to them as the charges were too high. Now I had problem with my wisdom tooth and the thought of paying heaps to a dentist was stressful. My friend suggested me about dental 99 and the service I got for $99 is worth every cent. The service was quick and they know what they are doing. I went there, scanned the barcode as mentioned on the app, without wasting any of my time the staff came and did my X-ray and asked me to wait at the waiting area, the dentist called me within 20 seconds and assessed the problem and informed me that I need to get my wisdom tooth removed. She calmly explained me the process and empathized with me. She asked me many times if I am ok while doing the procedure. She removed the tooth and explained me the after care process. It was really amazing experience, great staff and exceptional customer service at an affordable cost. I highly recommend dental 99.

I recently underwent dental treatment for a toothache with Dr. Neha, and I must say that it was a truly satisfying experience. The cost of the service was only $99, which was very affordable considering the thorough examination and x-rays that were conducted to ensure an accurate diagnosis. Dr. Neha was incredibly patient and informative throughout the entire process. She explained the procedure to me in detail, answered all of my questions, and presented me with various options. After the diagnosis, I was informed that I required a root canal treatment. Dr. Neha then proceeded to clean and fill my tooth and performed an additional x-ray to ensure that the treatment was successful. The dental care I received was comprehensive, covering pre- and post-treatment x-rays, pain management, and the initial root canal procedure, all included in the $99 fee. I was impressed by Dr. Neha's expertise and attention to detail, which made me feel comfortable and well-cared-for throughout the entire process.

Finally a professional dental practice that doesn't charge a fortune for fillings and extractions, its always $99.00 and the app reminds me and counts me down till I check in with my QR scanner. I got there within 33 secs of my appt time today. I pay when I book so the only people I have to deal with is the dentist then I'm out the door. Dr Dinoshi is who I choose when I book. I've been there twice now, and just booked again for tomorrow. I am like many other people, I really don't love going to the dentist, however coming here is not an issue, I love the process from the app, to the end and I can change my appointment if something comes up. (as long as it is within 24hrs notice.) It's made going to the dentist easy and actually enjoyable. I can't believe I am even saying this. I also get the X-ray pic's and the before and after pic's of the work done on the dental 99 app. As a visual person , I love that part as well.So just go. I am glad I did Lisa

Updated review July 14 2022 I have had to lower my review to 1 star as my second visit to Dental99 Marayong was problematic. My wife and I booked appointments in the app. My wife's was cancelled with no notice 1 hour before her appointment. There is no number to call and the online chat box left us on read for 20 minutes. There was no notice of the cancellation, no call, no text, no app alert. Money cant be returned to our bank accounts, it is stuck in the app. _______________ Initial review from 2020 below We thought we would give this place a try for a $99 check up and clean. This was less than half the price of getting a check up and clean elsewhere. We just finished our appointments and we are so happy. The dentist and assistant were kind and professional. The service was just the same as any other dentist we have been to. I would definitely recommend this if you are considering it, and Ill be heading back also :)

Edit: it’s been 6 months of pain since I got my front tooth filling done. At the time she said “I hope I got it all” it didn’t sound confident… I was surprised about her lack of confidence if she had done the job properly or not. I’m really annoyed because I had zero pain before going there.. went for purely cosmetic reasons… had nothing but temperature sensitivity since 6 months now! even tap water at room temperature hurts my front tooth!! Breathing in air from my mouth hurts it! I’ve had to change my breathing to accommodate front tooth sensitivity which I never had before. Now has developed into a constant pain that won’t go away! Same problem for another tooth filing dr fixed as it was slight broken on side. Same doctor. I have unbearable pain in 2 teeth now because of that dr! Not happy!! I will be going to a proper dentist now

I have to say that they were running behind when I arrived @0930. Had a bit of a whinge, dentist explained the situation and I was happy to a point. By about @0945, I was sitting in the chair and getting tortured. It actually was a good feeling to have my tooth pain fixed, I have to say the dentist did an awesome job and it cost me $50 buck extra for the filling, by the time I left there were three other people waiting to be tortured. It was a good experience over all and it has been awhile since going to a dentist and it's always hard to just relax when seeing a new person. Not to much pain and the lady dentist was very good, and maybe I didn't need to ask about the timings and it worked out to be awesome and a job well done. The dentist are very good and they are affordable with all treatment only for 99. My whole family loves to visit 99 dental without being worried that we would have any hidden charges and won’t get surprises with big bills at the end. I trust them with their services especially because the after care is also great. I took my child with disability today and i am glad they took care of him and he was well looked after. Love the fact that all tooth pictures, xrays opg are uploaded on the app and we can access our details anytime. Kids love to check out their opgs I only wish they had major dental also as affordable as minor ones and start affordable braces treatment as well. This was my second visit with Dental99. I have a real fear of dentist. Dr Krishna and her assistant were very understanding and continually checked in with me during the process of removing two amalgam fillings and restoring one very damaged tooth. To be honest, I was surprised Dr Krishna could save the tooth. End result two shiny new resin fillings. Just one more peice of metal to be removed, and I will be free from aluminium. Thank Dr Krishna for being so patient with me and ensuring I was not experiencing pain. Ps. My first treatment with Dental99 was also an excellent experience which helped me manage my fear of Dentist. I would highly recommend the modern dental practice to all.

If I could have given no stars it would be a 0 . One on the worst experiences of going to a dentist. They were 40 minutes late and when after 30 minutes I asked what was going on I was told ' take a seat'. My wife had gone just before and they told her she needed seven fillings .. guess how many they told me I needed? Seven also. Then the clean I have been to the dentist many times I my life and I have never had such a rush job and all the 'decay' the dentist didn't even try to clean she just did the front and back not on top.. crazy. I Will never go back what a joke!

My filling came off lasted only for 4months. I came here for only 1 filling right upper molar, she saw the molar next to it needs filling so I was convinced. What happen was she put also the filling in between the gap of both molars, when it came off it was painful everytime I chew, the food pushed to the gum . I didnt get the chance to visit Marayong Dental 99 before I left for holiday overseas coz I was so busy. I didnt enjoy eating anyfood overseas, I used my left side to chew but the problem also is no more upper left molar tooth to use for chewing.

I’ve had two appointments at Dental 99 Marayong. One for a check up and another for a filling. The environment is clean with soft music that creates a calming mood for clients. The prices are affordable. So far I’ve only spent $198. I expected to be breaking my bank to get help with my teeth. I couldn’t be happier with the services I’ve received. Thank you for helping me build the confidence to smile with my teeth again. And, a special thank you to Mr Prado for being kind, professional and supportive on my dental journey.

Dental 99 easily offers the most affordable dental care I've come across in Sydney, with no compromise on quality. I had xrays, a filling removed, tooth decay cleaned and a new filling put in and this all came under a single $99 treatment for toothache resolution. The whole process was incredibly transparent, and I got to see clear pictures of my tooth before and after treatment. Dr Aarathi who treated me was so lovely, very professional and made sure I was feeling okay throughout the procedure.

The worst dental treatment ever in my life. Rush me out in 10mins.... Super painful teeth cleaning process After the "treatment" kept pushing me to do other treatment straight away, she said she can do it now. But the real thing is my appointment is already late for 20mins and her next appointment is waiting for her outside. I will not go to any dental99 branch anymore, last time I went to the other dental 99 but not branded as dental 99 is much better! But they no longer work with dental99.

This was a great experience that I've been avoiding for more than 20+ years and it wasn't the pain but more the financial commitment of which I've had no budget to prevent my current situation with my teeth, including the embarrassment of the condition of my teeth now. This place is incredible clean and hygienic!! Dental assistant was so friendly and professional! I had my X-rays done in the beginning ! Never visiting ever again. I had 1 filling to be done and first filling was done in Auagust and ended up being faulty with gap between teeth and food getting stuck even after filling was done. Hence went for redoing for another session. Today, beginning of October, all the filling has come off and I am back to square one. Each time I had 1 week of pain due to filling sessions. I am always so nervous of seeing dentist but I recently attended to have my wisdom tooth out and the dentist and assistant dentist made me feel so comfortable, I wasn’t as scared/nervous as I was walking in. I recently chipped my front tooth and came in to see Mr. James Biddle to fix it. He did such an incredible job I was astonished when I saw the final reveal!
