I have a severe fear of dentists due to childhood trauma.. and in booking my first appt back in Feb/March with one of the ladies at reception, I expressed this fear and my anxiety. she put my mind at ease, and hoping she sees this, she'll know I'm talking about her. so I went in for a cleaning and Dr. Duong came and examined my pearly whites. now everytime I go in, I'm ALWAYS greeted by name when I walk in the door. catches you off guard if you're not expecting it, but it's nice to be acknowledged by name and a "how you doing today?" and not just a "hi. do you have an appointment?" Dr. Duong is also super adorable to chat with always makes SURE when he's doing any sort of work that you're completely numb and you don't feel anything. I have another family member who sees Dr. Tam, -sorry if I spelled your name wrong-, and even she's amazing! both of the Dr's together AND the hygienists that work along side them, hands down, incredible. I would legit recommend them to anyone. words can't even begin to describe how happy I am with this dentist office. it literally IS "Zen" the second you walk in the door. they have all the understanding in the world when it comes to humans who have anxiety and humans who have anxiety over going to the dentist too. my words in this review, don't do them justice. if anyone is reading this and you're looking for a dentist, go see them!! seriously. <-look at them pearly whites I have from Dr. Duong! thank you, reception ladies and both Dr's for working with me and my family and on our teefies.

I find all of the staff good above and beyond. They work extremely hard at making sure you are comfortable and at ease. I am a person who has extremely high anxiety when it comes to dental work. I had gone to other dentist in the area who would treat their patients like an automobile. I think it would be extremely hard to find staff as dedicated as the staff at Dental Zen. If I make an appointment I will be there, no need to call a bunch of times ! I was not impressed when they decided to pester my wife at work to discuss my appointment. Not cool ! UPDATE: Went i talk to the office manager and she corrected everything. Apparently, it was their computer program. So I am in reading my review to 4 as a "wait and see" precaution.

This is our family dentist. I have been going to dr.duong for four years now and my husband for something like sixteen years. I was nervous to go to the dentist again after so long of not going but he made the appointments easy and calm. I had had some health issues in the years prior and several pregnancies which left my teeth in ruins with enamel erosion and 12 cavities......yes 12. He and his staff gingerly walked me from a place of terrible dental health to a fully healed mouth. We even reversed my enamel erosion and worked out a major jaw issue I had. I can't recommend them enough. He is so calming and patient with our kids too even my very nervous one with autism who struggles to handle being at the dentist.

I am a petrified dentist-goer. I moved to Canada and managed to put off going to a dentist for about 4 years... Needless to say I needed a LOT of work done when I finally went here after a recommendation from my friend. 9 cavities, 2 cleanings and 1 root canal later, I will not go anywhere else to have my teeth done. The staff are so understanding and made me feel right at home. They played Disney movies while they worked on my teeth so I'd be distracted and they know how to work my benefits to get the most out of them and cost me the least money out of my own pocket. Best dentist I have ever been to!

I just had my 1st ever appointment with Dental Zen. Little insight, I suffer from severe anxiety and panic attacks. I was so lucky to have met Wilson. What an incredible human being. He took my anxiety from a level 10 down to a 6.5 (which is huge for me). He calmly talked to me about a shared likeness for travelling. He allowed for breathing breaks and just knew (or felt), I needed another break. I would not hesitate to recommend this dental office. Thank you for not making me feel like a burden. Thank you for your patience with me. Thank you for being…Zen.

Wow, what a great experience. The receptionist got me in right away, due to a cancelled appointment. I had a cracked filling that partially fell out. It was an older root canal done 15 years back. The Zen dentist was able to work without any freezing, as I have anxiety over needles going in my mouth. Due to the large filling 35 mins later I was out the door. The work was spot on and filling polished up. Wow if only all dental offices could be like this one! Cheer's Zen and Thank you!

I used to be terrified to go to the dentist due to a bad experience years ago. My grandson (now 4 years old), needed some work done so his Mom took him to Dental Zen. Finally I decided it was time for me to get my teeth fixed, and if my granson says they are good they must be. So off I went, the rest is history. If you are like I was, "terrified of the dentist", I highly recommend you give Dental Zen a go.

I had such a wonderful experience with my teeth cleaning. I absolutely hate the dentist, but I had a very pleasant experience. Dr. Tien and her assistant Keisha (I might be spelling names wrong, I apologize!), who were very sweet and helpful. I was very comfortable and had a pleasant experience. The front desk staff were also very friendly, professional and patient. :-))))))))

Went back to Dental Zen for my 2nd appointment. Root canal. Yukes! The ladies at the front make the whole process delightful. My dental hygenist was easy to talk to and addressed all my concerns. Dr.Duong was fantastic. He explained every in non-medical terms so I do appreciate that. Dr. Duong I will try to floss more often :) See you again! M

The professionalism and curiosity of all staff need to be commended, Dr.D is the hands down the most companionate dentists I've ever known he has done outstanding dentistry for me for years and very accomplished I would go across the country just to have him take care of my teeth, luvs ❤️ y'all and all the best in the new year RL

Ever since I was a child, I have always been fearful when going to see the dentist, but In this case I was amazed & relieved at how patient & gentle Dr. Duong was. I had a tooth extracted & it was virtually painless. His staff was friendly & helpful at every step. I recommend Dental Zen for anyone. Thank you so much!!!

I have going to Dr. Duong since 2009 and he has been the best dentist I have ever seen. He does amazing work and is very good with small children, my kids love going to the dentist because of him. His wife Christine and the girls at the front are amazing as well, they make you feel like family there.

Honestly the best dentist. They try very hard to get you in and they have little tv's so you're distracted. They always make sure you are comfortable and give you the best knowledge about what is going on in your mouth

Very friendly and great service! They have tvs while you get your services. The services are affordable and the receptionist is super helpful and really good at processing your claims.

I got my tooth knocked out at hockey, and they fixed it perfectly and got the root canal done within the hour. It was a painless process and they made it a great experience !
