Contacting the government - is it now accepted as normal to be on hold for at least 40 mins before someone answers? What is that about? Lovely music but 40 mins of my life I will never get back.

Very rude lady on the phone. No customer service skills what so ever. Transferred me across to on non existent department without even able to ask what I wanted to ask.
