We used Superior Laundry this past weekend as our dryer has been broken for over a week and cannot be repaired until next week. I wasn't really sure what to expect as the pricing seemed reasonable and the timing perfect. Let me tell you... our laundry was picked up on time as scheduled. I received text notifications throughout the entire process. Our clothes were delivered and left on the porch as promised on time. The folding was impressive and our laundry smelt fantastic. I even had a billing issue and Corey Lee fixed it immediately. They website to schedule the services is pretty user friendly. I would definitely recommend their services and will be using them in the future after trips, if our dryer breaks again, or when I'm just being lazy."

I have encountered forms of cheating from this service twice. Incident 1: They mentioned that the price was xx for 7kg clothes, I got doubtful and asked them to reweigh. It came upto 4.5 kgs and they still took the 5kg price. Incident 2: I had clothes for ironing - the pick up guy came without a bag or anything and asked me for a bed sheet. I told him I don’t have any bedsheet for wash (cz I wash bed sheets in the machine itself) but rather he insisted that I give the bed sheets and he can just take care of it. While returning the clothes, my friend was home and he charged 130 rs additional for bedsheet washing. And even after contacting he is unwilling to help.

Absolutely PATHETIC service from Rahul and Dev. I didn't expect this at all. Their prices are damn high. I am getting for 100 dry cleaning for blazer and they charged me 225. I am getting max to max 50 for shirt dry cleaning and these guys charged 75. Plus they gave me the clothes on the 5th day. When it was being clearly committed to provide within 2 days. They should have respected the commitment made or should not have committed at all. This exorbitant rates are unacceptable with such weird unprofessional service. This was the first and last time with them. Will NOT EVER recommend them to any one by any means.

Use less pathetic service he ll take cloths for ironing he ll say steam iron , but never do that steam iron . I give bulk cloths per trip 50 to 60 he ll promise me to return in 1 day but he returns after a week after I call him 50 times pathetic service ... Today on 26th Jan they gave delevery they spoiled many cloths only ironing I gave they have not done properly ... if we ask he ll argue in phone ... pathetic really I am very disappointed.....

Really superb experience. Good quality Workmanship, timely service and more than everything reasonable pricing. My wife, a Doctor, gave a few silk sarees which was attended with top quality & reasonable pricing. This is not a sales campaign but genuine appreciation. For those who reside within 3-5 kms distance from RBI Layout, it is a fabulous experience. Why to take the trouble of washing when such an option is available . Best wishes

i have been using their services frequently since I move to this location. Generally, I used to go for drop and pick my cloth. but whenever I call them , I never encountered any issue with them. Very poor service I gave my 26 kg clothes for wash and fold and he just came back with 23 kg clothes and in my laundry I got other clothes too which were not mine and when we tried to contact the relevant person he said he will check and let me know and later he stopped picking my call itself please do not use this in case if you guys don't want to loose your clothes

Wonderful experience. I gave silk sarees which were dry washed / paper ironed, that too at a reasonable costing. My earlier experience with many other dhobis were that their workmanship was poor & pricing was quite high. I am happy that I stay in RBI Layout (JP Nagar 7th phase) where pick up & drop facility is available. Happy laundrying !!!

Had a poor experience, firstly I was promised that ny clothes will be given in 2-3 hrs but even after multiple reminders there was no serious action taken. They have delivered the clothes at 12 am at night, although I needed it by 4 pm, owner stopped taking the calls. Very unprofessional behavior, not happy with service at all.

They changed the bedsheets and now they are not picking calls and avoiding us. Yet to deliver our bedsheet really worst service i seen ever. Saw review and given and but of no use. It is been 1 month and from 15 days i am following up they are avoiding.

Pls avoid..if you remember that you have spoilt our curtains which was expensive and provided us packed curtains which had a big hole burnt In between ..later you had argued that the it was there before we gave for wash

Very bad service..they took 20 days to clean carpet and charged also too much. They don't provide any invoice. I gave blanket too which was smelling so bad after they gave it back. I have very bad experience with them.

Very poor service, ruined my suit. Used an iron box to ruin it. Please avoid this place, i don't even think they dry cleaned my blazer. Just water brushed it and ironed it with iron box to leave marks. Idiots!!!!
