We usually don’t give a review on ticket or travel agencies, but without a doubt, this people at the Dailaflight deserves a medallion. We booked a flight to Dubai and hotel with them and from day one, they were kind humble and straight. Never felt so comfortable and trustworthy with a travel agency before. The true nature of professionalism of DailaFlight team was revealed, after one of our child was deemed not fit to fly and from that day, the team was working every second with passion to rebook is another flight, representing us and telling both the hotel and the airline to lift some of the penalties. Honest people and sincerely, with everything from day one being smooth. We are able to communicate with the Dailaflight everyday and time 24hrs and they always been available and are very responsive, both phone and emails. Great thanks and appreciate so much for his kindness and tidiness in helping us to get and recommend best deal and best hotel in our time and making sure we get back in track both our missed flight and missed nights in the booked hotel. Faultless Travel Organisers. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I have used them multiple times and have had nothing but outstanding customer service the whole way through. They really know their stuff and nothing is too much trouble. Value for money amazed me every time, they find flights that I cant even see on Skyscanner and they are especially apt at multi city itineraries. I've used Dial a Flight fori several USA trips and their service is second to none. I know that there are cheaper options which is fine when things don't go wrong. But when they do, they sort everything out at no extra cost. I've had flights cancelled at short notice and they do the work to rebook with no hassle.

Whenever i'm thinking of a break, away from the UK, i use Dial a flight first, because in the past they haven't let me down with great package deals, whether for a weekend away or 2-3 weeks. A bit less competitive on 'flight only' deals, but always giving that extra service & support not found elsewhere.

We have booked a trip to Vietnam and Cambodia through this company and from now on we will not be using anyone else!! Forget Opodo and Last Minute and the rest. This company still values good customer service. Gary Patel, who we dealt with, was so patient and made some great suggestions.

Very impressed with the service provided by DialAFlight. Spoke with Cooper who not only found me great flights to Vietnam but took the time to offer me advice and recommendations from his personal experience travelling in the region. Will certainly be using the service again.
