AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS! If I could leave zero stars, I would. Poor quality products and absolutely terrible customer service. I purchased my wedding band at this store and have had a long list of issues. After getting the ring resized, I noticed that one of the diamonds was missing from the band. I brought it back to the store and they insisted that to have it fixed, I would need to give them my receipt and that it would be returned with the ring. When I went to pick up the ring, the receipt was gone and they blamed me, saying that I lost it. I was eventually able to get a copy from the store, after multiple phone calls. There was also a gash in the side of the ring after they "fixed" the ring and it was no longer round after being resized. Not four months later, another diamond fell off from my wedding band. I went back to the store to have it fixed since my receipt says the ring is covered by manufacturer's warranty for one year. Again, I was told that I have to give them my receipt to have it fixed. I got a phone call a few days later saying that they would offer me a special price of $50+tax (instead of $150+tax) to fix the ring. I told them that I refused to pay since it is covered by manufacturer's warranty, and they proceeded to blame me saying that it was my fault the diamond fell out. I told them that no quality product should lose TWO diamonds in the span of five months following regular wear and use. I got a call six weeks later telling me my ring was fixed. When I went to pick it up, they again tried to charge me and wouldn't let me leave the store with my ring without paying. After much frustration, I ended up speaking with a manager over the phone who let me leave with my ring without having to pay the additional charges. I would not recommend this store or its products to anyone.

Be careful!!! They will scam you! I had bought $3000 worth of overpriced jewellery from these guys at Fairview. Versace style ring for men with diamonds on it. I was hesitant before buying the ring because it was way overpriced (2.5x the actual value). I notice the supposed rectangle shape was actually crooked (one side was longer than the opposite side). So it wasn’t a straight rectangle but a slightly deformed ring. It was noticeable nonetheless. I told the manager and he reassured me that they can easily fix it. He told me to just take it and come back if it “really” bothered me “that much.” Being super busy that day and not having the time to argue with that man, I left with the intention of going back. After all, he did promise to have it fixed if I really wanted to. I went back to have them fix it. They took my item and gave me a ticket. I go back to pick it up and the same Moroccan male manager explained how they couldn’t really fix it or do anything. So I argue that he promised to have it fixed. He starts gaslighting me and tells me how I’m “so picky.” Never going back there again. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest!

I bought a white gold wedding band here and after a week of wearing it, the ring started to turn yellow gold. They finally agreed to re-coat the ring at no cost, but should not have happened in the first place. Excessive use of hand sanitizer was blamed, however did not make sense when my engagement ring (bought elsewhere) had been worn for so much longer, and never tarnished. At the same time, I unfortunately went here to get a family hierloom ring resized. Not only could they not get my size right (took 3 tries), the face of the ring was damaged (gold started peeling off once I got it back). The ring was also distorted (no longer circle). In the back and fourth, I learned that the "stick" they use to measure the ring size is not accurate or the same as the stick used by the person actually doing the work. This was discovered as I was trying to make the ring larger, and it became smaller... To say I was disappointed is an understatement. Would give 0 stars if possible. Avoid at all costs.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I came into the store with a broken clasp on my necklace. They told me they could not repair it in store, it had to be sent to be fixed. They charged me $75. I received my necklace back after it was supposedly "repaired" and it broke again, even worse this time, only 5 days after getting it back. When I called the store to see what they could do they rudely told me to bring my receipt back so they could send it back again to get repaired or that there was nothing they could do for me. I went to a different reputable jeweler who repaired my necklace on the spot for $20. I will never go back to this place. Not only do they upcharge for horrible "service" but they also just simply do not care.

Went to get two watch batteries replaced. Charged me $30 per watch for a total of $68 including tax!! Told me they were the best batteries available and to keep the bill. Warrantee for a year. Told me repeatedly to keep the bill. Left in shock from the audacity to charge so much. If my daughter wasn’t with me, I would have made them take out their batteries and given a piece of my mind. I threw out the bill in frustration for being ripped off, knowing that even the cheapest $3 batteries last a year or two. Well guess what, one of my watches stopped working by the time I got home…. I give them one star only because I cant choose none. Wont even go back to get it resolved. Go somewhere else.

I was quoted $280+tax to have 2 rings, that had belonged to my mother, to be resized (smaller) and she said would even throw in a "free" rhodium plating for one of the rings. I was told it would take 3 - 4 weeks. Two days later, after reading the reviews, I called and cancelled the order, picked up the rings. I took them to a reputable jewelry store downtown with over 700 5-star reviews that someone I knew had previously dealt with. I received a quote of $110+tax for both rings and they will be ready in a week! The 20 minute hunt for parking downtown was worth it in the long run. You will keep getting one star reviews if you continue to rip off your customers. Unless you just don't care.

Today there rarely places to have such amazing customer service from anywhere you go. Lyne has been the nicest person I'm dealt with in retail. Helped me picked a engagement ring that was perfect. She gave me a fair deal on the jewelry and never pushed me to buy. Just being a gracious human being trying to help another. I highly recommend getting your jewelry here and especially with Lyne. She's so helpful.

Really terrible service and cheap products. my sister had so many issues with her engagement ring. Even though it is under warranty they kept charging her for diamond falling out of her ring. Lolly the service girl is extremely rude, argumentative and completely incompetent. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

Do not trust!! Went in for a battery replacement for a watch. Was told it needed a new mechanism for $120 which I declined. Went to another jewelry and got a battery replacement for $10 and the watch is working perfectly. Avoid if you can.

Place is okay. Customer service isn’t the best but there’s a wide variety of watches at a great price . I wouldn’t necessarily recommend but if you like watches prices aren’t bad.
