We recently upgraded my wife's engagement ring for our 10 year anniversary. Obviously there are tons of diamond ring shops in Leeds, and online, and we made our way into a few of them, doing a bit of window shopping. We hovered outside Diamond Heaven for a few minutes, unsure as to the quality because they are relatively new, until Mel popped out to ask if we needed a hand with anything, and from that point we knew we were getting a diamond from here. Mel initially served us and couldn't have been lovelier. So friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. As we progressed through the sale, and due to my wife's...particular!...idea of the perfect diamond, we were introduced to Beth, who is amazing. So sweet, went out of her way to keep in touch throughout, managed to work out a fantastic deal for us, it was just an absolute pleasure to chat to her. And the actual diamond....wow. We opted for lab grown, and Beth sourced us an absolutely flawless, beautifully cut, perfect stone, at a ridiculously good price. Not sure how she managed it but we could not be more thankful to her for all her hard work. We've recommended Diamond Heaven, and both Beth and Mel, to friends and family, and my wife is a professional wedding cake baker and will be recommending this store to any couples still in need of bands etc. Amazing store, amazing people, and amazing diamonds and pricing.

I really wanted to get a special piece of jewellery to mark a bit of a life event. I came across Diamond Heaven with its amazing selection of rings, earrings etc - even the online browsing was great fun! I found the most beautiful ring that was already in stock and booked a video appt (via WhatsApp) as I couldn’t get to the store. The absolutely fantastic Kiera got in touch first by call and then by video once everything was set up. We went through the ring, the clarity, cut etc and Keira even filmed an extra video for me to watch at my own pace - absolutely no pressure to make a decision, just all the info I needed, lots of different views of the item etc. It’s an amazing piece of jewellery at a fantastic price (so much better than anything on the high street) but what has really set Diamond Heaven apart is the sheer quality of service. A massive thank you to all but especially to Kiera - exceptional and highly recommended. Thank you and I’m sure I’ll be back in the future!

This place needs to be your first stop for engagement ring shopping in Leeds. After spending hours searching 5 nearby jewellers I had no idea whether the engagement rings shown were good quality or price. I went into Diamond Heaven as a last stop and Clark spent 2 hrs talking through all the key measures of diamond price and quality with examples. No sales pressure, just great advice. I went back into store after more browsing online, selected an excellent quality diamond and ring from the collection, and the price was very good compared to pre-made rings, and other competitors online. Before diamond heaven I didn't know custom diamond selection and ring design were even in my budget. fantastic diamond and finished ring with a nice story about picking it all out for my now fiancé Excellent experience, very highly recommended

I was looking for an engagement ring for my soon to be Fiancée, and visited most the larger jewellery stores in Leeds before I dropped in to Diamond Heaven! The welcome was really great and we set about finding the exact ring to meet my requirements - the ladies in the store were super helpful and we had great fun going backwards and forwards with different rings, diamond sizes etc. I had decided on the right ring when one of the team announced that she had found an even better one - so I bought that! It's great to find a store and team that remembers that you should try to enjoy the shopping experience! Well I certainly did and would not hesitate to recommend them! Oh, and the value for money was excellent too!!

Searching high and low for an engagement ring took us from York to Harrogate and finally to Leeds, and then with the sun setting on what we hoped would be our final day, we thankfully found Diamond Heaven. Our short list was getting shorter and then we found the perfect diamond for a great price and assisted by some delightful staff who were knowledgeable, patient and genuine. Compared to all the other shops we’ve visited, our overall experience here was the best and that was mostly down to the staff. We wanted to buy from them, whereas in some other shops, we really didn’t, even feeling unwelcome and like we’d interrupted a private conversation. Definitely worthy of the 5 star review.

My experience at shopping with diamond heaven had been pleasant. Kiera had made my journey from choosing to purchasing the ring very efficient & informative. She had also negotiated with me very professionally in regards to the price & was extremely polite and friendly. A very generous discount was provided leaving me very satisfied. I had also returned to resize the ring & they have ensured this is done within a timely manner & made arrangements for this to be done outside there normal time to complete the resize free of charge which was also very pleasing. Definitely recommend!

Went in to look at wedding rings after being let down by a previous jeweller. Dani was so welcoming and helpful and was nlby far the nicest person we have come across whilst searching for my ring! She was not pushy at all and completely understood my need to think about it before jumping straight in and buying a ring. We did find the right ring here and am looking forward to picking it up. Fantastic experience with Clarke, he took myself and OH through all the finer details of the rings and we picked out a beautiful wedding ring to perfectly complement my engagement ring. There was an issue with the supplier, however the team dealt with it brilliantly and found an alternative solution by having my ring made bespoke.
