I’ve been denied even I have all the supporting evidence needed. Somebody is tripping out in there. Don’t park at Diamond Parking. A signed indicated there that you can park for 1 HOUR MAX. We parked and walked all the way to Yelo’d, next street away. We came from Panda Express south common that’s 2:35pm and we definitely eat after buying and 15 mins drive going to CE86 shoppers. 15mins drive it will get me there at least by 3pm cos we ate first before leaving. Then walk to yelo’d and purchase at 3:25pm Next is seeing the ticket while driving away and I literally go back to the parking area wondering around looking for the guy who put the ticket and realized after that I should take a picture of my ticket to state the actual time and it’s 3:50pm. After the yelod goong to parking start the car and already driving and park at the “Zen” cos that’s the time I saw the ticket and went back to the parking area and still 3:50pm. Not even an hour to do everything. Time of infraction is 3:27pm at ticket. Arrive 3pm Yelod 3:25 to 3:45 Ticket pic by me 3:50

Very bed customer service. They charge you a ticket even if you park on the parking line. They have very tight parking space. They are money hunters they dont give you a service. Beware people!!
