Belligerent and incompetent would be too nice of words to be used to describe them ill-informed and ill trained Personnel make this one of the worst companies I have had to deal with in a long time do yourself a favor and go with someone else

This company is garbage. They will ticket for the dumbest reasons. Even when I provided proof that their ticket was unjustified, they denied my appeal. This is not the first time they ticketed for an unjust reason. Avoid them at all costs.

My wife went into labour, parking at the st Albert hospital was full. Parked vehicle and rushed in to later come out to see a ticket, then tried to dispute ticket. this company is heartless and denied my appeal

I got a $63 ticket for parking in the parking lot in front of shoppers where there shouldn't be a payment system. I get around The Edge but not the whole parking lot. Bs. I will be contacting the media.

Just got a $74 ticket for parking in front of and going into shoppers for 20 min at 8:00pm on a Tuesday night. I will be making a complaint.

Do not park at shoppers. I wasn't even an hour long at 7:00pm and I still got a ticket.
