Good morning, my experience at Diamond and Diamond was actually friction free. It does take a long time for this type of thing to get to the end but that is the system. They gave me my instructions how to go about this and I followed as close as I could. The whole team over there is amazing. Basil met me at a time Hortons cause it was easier for me. He kept me informed every step of the way. Very responsive to any and all emails I sent. Was able to answer and explain and questions. Then there is mairyia she is the bomb. When the settlement cheque was ready they wired into my bank but my bank doesn't do wire transfer. Helped me out with a claim after I was in an accident and was told by insurance that my injury wasn’t worth much. They did a great job communicating and helped me get a better settlement than I could’ve gotten if I had tried to represent myself. They even sent the settlement cheque with next day shipping.
