If I could leave zero stars, I would. I ordered an Invicta watch for my husband and wanted to check some other places for prices. They had the exact watch I ordered, so I asked the prices. Their price was about $50 more than what I paid. The guy helping me was kind and we chit chatted about my Invicta watch that I was wearing that day. The owner overheard our conversation and came up to the man helping me and told him to put the watch up. Odd. But, ok. He then looked at me and said, “goodbye online lady. You can leave”. I went slack jawed. Maybe I misheard him. He snapped at the kid again, “put the watch away now”. I asked him if he was insinuating I was going to take the watch and he just said “goodbye online lady”. The commotion was enough that a neighboring business owner told me he often acts unhinged and flips out over small questions. Unless you enjoy some crazy, psycho path getting in your face when he finds out you’re asking about a price, I would avoid this place. Someone should clue him into the fact that Rolling Oaks is a ghost town and treating people poorly isn’t helping what little traffic spend their hard earned money.

Bad customer service, owner told us to not waste his time as we were comparing 2 necklaces and it being 5pm looked like he was in a rush to leave. All the 10k gold is hollow and very cheap. Was better off at jcpenney with their discounts and got higher quality with lifetime warranty. Will not recommend to anyone. Owner was very arrogant and very rude stating "I dont need your business I made my money for the day so you can leave please"

I always love shopping here for my jewelry! They have a variety of options and the workers provide excellent customer service. The jewelry is of high quality and is sold at a good price. The good location of the store and the welcoming environment makes me a loyal customer.

Bad customer service no warranty if you come back with your warranty you will not get anything and everything is fake there don’t waste your money
